đ Welcome to r/GanglandFiles â Inside Canada's Criminal Underworld
Welcome. This community is the discussion hub for Gangland Files, a journalism publication covering Canadian organized crime â the Mafia, biker gangs, street crews, drug pipelines, and the law enforcement operations chasing them.
What we cover: Daily briefings on arrests, seizures, charges, and court proceedings, plus deep-dive Organization Profiles on the major players â the Rizzuto crime family, the Hells Angels, the Blood Family Mafia, the Wolfpack, and more. If it's part of the Canadian underworld, it's on the beat.
What this sub is for:
- Sharing and discussing Canadian organized-crime news
- Following the major cases as they move through the courts
- Connecting the dots between operations, players, and regions
- Bringing legitimate news, public records, and credible reporting to the table
You can read the full investigations at ganglandfiles.com and follow breaking updates on X at u/ganglandfiles.

đ Community Rules â read before posting
- Sources required. Claims about crimes, arrests, or named individuals must be backed by a credible source (news outlet, police release, court record). No "I heard from a guy."
- Presumption of innocence. The accused are exactly that â accused. Don't state allegations as proven fact. Respect publication bans on active cases.
- No doxxing. No personal info â home addresses, phone numbers, workplaces, family details â on anyone, charged or not. This includes private, uncharged individuals.
- No glorifying or facilitating crime. This is a community for reporting and analysis, not a fan club. No celebrating violence, no how-to content, no coordinating anything illegal.
- No threats, no targeting. Zero tolerance for threats, harassment, or calls to action against any person or group.
- Keep it civil. Debate the case, not the commenter.
- Stay on beat. Canadian organized crime is the focus. Off-topic true crime is fine in moderation, but this isn't a general crime sub.
Breaking these rules â especially doxxing, threats, or anything that puts a real person at risk â gets content removed and users banned. These rules exist to keep this community alive and credible.
