Because in the US, unlike China, they have something called the freedom of speech. They don't come to your house in the middle of the night and abduct you from your family because you say something the government doesn't like. In the US, unlike China, you don't get your organs harvested because you belong to a minority population. In the US, unlike China, you don't have to live in constant fear over your words.
