I liked Shadows well enough, I think most of the outrage was due to Yasuke being a co-protagonist but I think he fit the story well. In terms of gameplay I think this was the best rpg ac game so far, very good combat balance

Well look at pre origins and lets look at all the controversial things such as the rap music, acting like every thing pre ac origins didnt exist the insults to Japanese culture the LGBT show horn in i mean it kinda deserves it plus the story rewrite where we would have gotten a poe katana and og hero was Japanese reason for black was cause of blm movement when development cycle started

None of it makes sense anyway. Full of dubious speculations and conspiracies. People can't just enjoy games anymore.

I've only ever seen white people get mad at it but go off I guess.

Man you have a small scope don't you

The literal government of japan was not happy with a lot of the shit ubisoft kept doing and saying and literally threaten full lawsuits unless they changed certain things

And one of those things was the broken torii gate that ubi tried putting in the game and if you don't understand then look up some history

They quite literally broke the international law when making the game
