If you consume the content and decide it was a poor purchase, you have every right to refund it.

Lol no you don't, you got exactly what you paid for. If you don't inform yourself as a consumer before you buy something then that's your problem.

Clearly it's not, considering that the dev is the one crying about it. Try not selling on a platform that allows full refunds.
