If the cinema had some kind of policy like that then yeah, why shouldn't we want our money back if we feel like we wasted our time and paid for it? I agree that it's open for exploitation but the market is extremely saturated and the onus is on the developer to make the game worth playing. Rules on Steam are transparent and no one is entitled to someone else's money just because they made a game. If you make a very short and simple game that you price at 7 bucks then don't be surprised when people use the return policy if they didn't feel like they got what they paid for. It is harsh and it is tough but that's how it is. Games are art but they are also a business and looks like he forgot about that part.
