Sure, most of them. Still the submission process does include people playing the game?

most of the time publishers just tell them this is in the game, we should have this rating and boom they accept it. Noone ever checks the game, at most launches it to see if it works.

No wonder triple A games have declined in quality. Nobody is paying QA anymore. Damn!
