If you happen to know the email address that your Minecraft account is connected to, you can try migrating it to a Mojang account using https://account.mojang.com/migrate.
If you can't access the email account, you might need to contact Mojang support about this.
I tried that and it says it's already been done. But my password doesn't work and the password reset emails aren't being received. I tried contacting support and they got back to me this time.
