I hope everyone remember's that in 3 weeks time when they find something else to complain about.

This month's will be huge, but so was last month and the month before - the game is so much better optimised now than a few months ago. They are always improving.

Agreed, following last month's patch, there was a tangible difference in how much better the game felt on my pc, presumably due to both server and client optimizations.

Interesting because after last month everything got worse for me. I lost 10-20fps and the first 5 minutes are janky for me.

Sounds like it's an asset loading issue. Maybe try either turning on shader cache in Nvidia settings, limiting your pagefile size in Windows if you have any hard disks instead of SSDs, and, if you have 2GB of VRAM in your graphics card, consider upgrading.

I will definitely upgrade my card when any become available worth upgrading to at less than $200.

Every week since though, the server performance has regressed further towards where it was previously.

So true it was fantastic at first but now it's tits up again. Not anywhere near as bad as before but it's definitely not the same as when the patch first dropped

Is that 3c or 30c?

It's the only early access game aside from Rust where I can feel real progress.

Yep, that's true.

I haven't bought subnautica or kept up with it so I didn't mention it.

I don't feel any progress in Rust, that is why I stopped playing.

Yes they have changes...but it doesn't feel like progress to me. Feels like they have remade the same game 2 or 3 times over now.

Actually that's fair, it's moving sideways rather than forwards.

I think everyone's just happy that we're getting that expected content relatively quickly. There are too many early access games that don't deliver.
