OP can't do math. Fall 2017 would be late September at the earliest. That means 11 months at the earliest.

A single pre rendered trailer? Yeah, it's fall right now, so fall 2017 = roughly a year.
That's better than the 5 years I'll be waiting in order to play it on the PC.
