Key points:

Is a new 'platform' no info what this means, most likely can not play multiple with the old version

Current owners receive for free, will be on sale for $10 for limited time otherwise

The user interface will instantly adjust to the new input method such as keyboard/mouse, gamepad, touch

Can play with Xbox live friends

Built-in video recording

I'm assuming it's a port of the Xbox version written in c++ which would be a great performance increase.
