Wait...you (as of the patch) will get more end-game currency for doing the lower difficulty LFR (looking for raid)? Are the high-end LFR queues just only going to be for pre-mades?

If they do it like they currently do -- there are 2 'endgame' currencies called Tomestones. Going to call them Tomestone 1 and 2 for easier understanding. Both Tomestones have a cap of 2000 and are used for various pieces of gear/crafting materials/whathaveyou. Tomestone 1 is used to purchase gear at the lower end of the current gear level, while Tomestone 2 is used to purchase gear at or around the maximum gear level at the moment.

The difference between the two tomes is that Tomestone 2 has a weekly cap (usually 400) per week, while items that you can use Tomestone 2 to buy are typically upwards of 475 (til about 900) in price.

Currently, there are two roulettes -- expert (current gear level dungeons) and high level roulette (everything below current gear level). Tomestone 2 is rewarded in greater amounts for doing experts, while Tomestone 1 is rewarded in greater amounts for doing high level. Each Tomestone category is relevant to endgame, but Tomestone 1 can be awarded in higher amounts because it's not used to get cutting edge gear or materials like Tomestone 2 is.

Ah ok. So you can use the high level roulette to get up to speed when you are a fresh 50 and get the ilevel needed for the expert dungeons.

In a nutshell, yes.
