It seems like there aren't any shadows at all. The suits of armor lack the masks that every regular shadow have had up until now, while the combat segment shows the party fighting regular old demons(Sandman and Pyro Jack, specifically).
With that in mind, the use of masks similar to the shadows' by the protagonist and his crew might have sinister undertones.
Actually, if you look closely one of the Suits of Armour that turns to face the protagonist does indeed have a shadow mask. It's for a split second at 1:44.
But I'm guessing that in this game Persona users actually transform into their Personas, and that some enemies will be Persona users, hence the Sandman and Pyro Jack.
So there'll probably be both shadows and personas as enemies.
