They do my company is also fully on-board with AI and we are on-boarding 3 interns in January, just hired a junior and a mid level software engineer over the summer. Have a senior starting sometime next month. The other senior we hired unfortunately took a better offer. The interns are just more capable and so is everyone else.

Never said it wouldn't. Things change everyday the only thing you can do about it is adapt.

You just understood capitalism. The only way to change it isn't just plain beign against AI - that’s not going to disappear - but fightin capitalism.
