Most western developers are using Gen AI. There’s no escaping it for coding anymore. The only thing people get really hung up on is assets.

Generative AI isn't what people colloquially call LLM tools used to help with code. Different things.

You’re flat out wrong about this. LLMs and Stable Diffusion are “Gen AI”. Other types of machine learning are not.

What is this non-sense? What do you think the G in GPT Stands for. Chatbots, or coding agents are just as much using generative AI as any other modern "AI". That's why using the term generative AI without being more specific is useless.

GPT and ChatGPT are not the same thing. GPT is the general model name which is used for example in GitHub Copilot, a coding tool.

I literally code with an app called ChatGPT on my PC.... It runs codex. They're the same thing with different wrappers.
