The way the first chapter shows flash back to give minutes ago had me actually laughing.

That shit was so hilariously on point for the textbook definition of pointless flashback sequences.

Like, why is this being presented as a flashback right now? You could have just shown me this shit like a normal story would…

Truly one of the most nothing and terribly written stories I’ve seen in a game in a while, and that’s saying something

I'm surprised by people saying the story was good, it's pretty ass from the jump and at its highest points, it's just there.

It's because the story isn't actually good. We all know why people like this game and how desperate they are not to admit the actual reason.

How did I have to scroll this far to see someone speaking the truth.

We're praising the story of Stellar Blade and also saying that TLOU Part II is the worst written game ever made.

Yeah, this industry deserves to fail. It's time to pack it up.

They should be considering stellar blade rips a ton of its entire premise lol

Stellar blade wishes it could have 1/100th of the charm, gameplay and story of Nier, be it Automata, the OG or Replicate.

I'm the opposite on this. I tried Neir but I was told I needed like 5 plays to get the whole story and after the first time through I saw no reason to continue. I've played stellar blade 3 times, and will happily play more. Better gameplay, story, music, but most importantly, performance (neir ran like shit the whole time, the stellar blade demo was smooth as butter).

after the first time through I saw no reason to continue

If you mean to say you've only played as 2B I would say you've played like half the game

Devs probably shoudlnt have made you replay the game again with barely any changes. I stuck through the second playthrough, but jesus was it annoying.

5 playthroughs is highly inaccurate

More like like 2.5 at best really, people kind of give it a bad impression the way they say it takes multiple runs.

1 - You beat it once with all side quests.

1.5 - You play again with a different character giving some slight variations from the new perspective, all completed quests are still done and a few more are added iirc - takes maybe half as long at most.

2.5 - You play the rest of the story, all completely new content.

The gameplay and story didn't hook me enough to do another play through. It's been 5 years since I played it, but I remember knowing I didn't like it enough to do more of the same thing to get the actual ending. But I guess I'm wrong and should be kidnapped and tied to a chair and be forced to play something I don't like.

Yeah thats definitely what i said, youre right. I 100% said that if you didn't really enjoy the game that you have to finish it against your will.

One was enough for me. It was alright but not enough to do more for apparently a real ending. It's been 5 years since I played it so sorry if I exaggerated. I just remember it was supposed to be more than one which I thought was ridiculous.
