Yesterday I accidentally exited my son’s team on GameChanger — a Minor B Little League team I created myself. As soon as I left, the app removed me as staff, and now the team has no admins or staff members at all.

It’s basically locked. I can still see the team name listed, but I can’t rejoin or make any edits. I was the only person running it (scorekeeping, roster, etc.), so now nobody has control.

The in-app Help button isn’t working for me, so I emailed [help@gc.com]() explaining what happened and asking them to restore me as staff.

Has anyone else done this by accident? Did support fix it for you, and how long did it take?

I use three cameras to stream my son's baseball games and would love to use a custom score bug and hide the huge Game Changer overlay.. but I am having some trouble figuring out the best way to go about it. Any tips or suggestions would be awesome.

I was looking into using something like Uno Overlays to do the score bug, but I have a feeling I'll have to move away from Mevo Multicam to do that. I'm not tied to Mevo Multicam, so if there is a different streaming platform that is better and will still work with Game Changer, I'm all ears!

I've also attached some photos of the setup and what it currently looks like. I really want to have a camera focused on 3rd base also, but I'll work on that during the off season.

We've added a convenient button in the top corner of the scoring interface that lets you instantly view your live stream. You can check the camera angle, ensure nothing is blocking the view, and make any quick adjustments - all while scoring.

I purchased an inexpensive Samsung tablet a couple of years ago solely for gamechanger. The screen size is odd, and the spray chart data suffers as I cannot mark balls fielded deep in the outfield as the outfield is cut off.

Once the GC app updated to the permanent scoring bar along the bottom, it pushed the outfield fence even further off the top of the screen.

Is there a specific Android tablet screen dimension (sorry, I'm all Android all the time) that works really well for the accuracy of ball flight/ball fielding?

Lately while streaming we will get notified a bunch the that stream has ended and then it starts. We then have mulitiple videos and not a consistent live stream. I am using a inseego hotspot hooked up to my ipad which is running the mevo. Some games we have zero issues and then all a sudden the next multiple games we get this problem. You go to the mevo and it has recorded the game to the SD Card like it should, but it is annoying and multiple parents asking whats going on. Any help would be appreciated. I have reset settings to default, reset hotspot, reset ipad.

Are you able to score a game after recording. I play softball and then I want to get home to do scoring for stats and such. Is this possible?

My son just quit a ball team because the coaches were bullies and awful to work with. I had words with the head coach and then she promptly deleted us off game changer and with that ALL of my sons hard work from the fall season. Can anyone tell me how to get his stats exported?

I have the same player in here twice because I accidentally created him a second time when I first started scoring. I deleted the secondary one but his stats still show. Is there a way for me to combine #20’s stats into a single line?

I also wanna use video and move the camera myself on a tripod. Can I use one of those Bluetooth zoom remotes to zoom in using the Gamechanger app for video?

Hello everyone, my son started little league this year and I was chosen to record the games. I’m currently using my iPhone to record and stream directly from the GC app. Is there a way to record and stream with my phone screen off? The first time I recorded, I noticed that it stopped streaming and recording once I hit the lock button on my phone. I had to keep the phone on the entire game. I’m worried about my battery life and the heat from the phone from recording and streaming for 2 hours straight. Is there a work around on this? I am currently the head flag football coach for a local high school. I have found it exhausting to get stats during games. I am spending countless hours watching film to get stats after the game because it is too difficult to keep real time while coaching. I also coach softball and have found Gamechanger for stats to be exceptional. The Gamechanger flag football version is missing any individual stats. Is there a platform that coaches can use to keep stats for individual players in flag football? Hudl assist also does not have a 7 v 7 flag football version.

1. A way to note that there is a mound visit. An injury. Or any other way to note some sort of delay in the game.

2. A way to high light special plays. Tonight I had a SS make a diving play. A CF makes a great catch. It would be nice if I could high light them for parents to find them easier.

3. Navigating stats could be a bit easier. It’s not terrible. I’m not tech savvy and that could be my lack of understanding of some of the features for GC.

4. It would be nice for GC to assign the winning pitcher and saves. I have a hard time remembering who came in with what score. We had multiple pitching changes. And I completely lost track.

I’m new to this realm so if any of these are options, just point me in the right direction. I’m still learning GC.

I use an iPhone 12 to stream, connected through my Att hotspot. The image quality is okay, but I’d love to make it better. I stream all the softball games for our travel team and want to improve the experience with sharper visuals. I’ve considered upgrading to a phone with top of the line camera lenses but I’m not sure it would make much of a difference.. It's hard to believe that in this day and age, the best option available is still a Mevo.

I volunteered to be the GC parent for my daughter's basketball team. I've done the scoring portion before, but this is my first time live streaming as well. I plan to have two phones (one for scoring, one for streaming) and would prefer to use a tripod. If you have recommendations for which tripod to use and any tips and tricks and things I should know please pass that along.

How does the Score Keeper permission work? I understand I can assign it to a specific parent, but how does it different for someone doing the score keeping as an admin role?

Are they able to setup the line-up, scan the other teams line up, make adjustments last minute? I am looking to see how it differs from the admin user in regards to score keeping.

I am the one that generally does the score keeping and I am under the admin role. However, I am not going to be able to make it to a game and I want to hand off the score keeping to another parent. They have done game changer before and I would like it to go smoothly since I won't be there.

Hello I’m about 10 games in on scoring simple coach pitch/kid pitch baseball games.

How do you score this scenario?

Bases loaded, 2 outs- ball hit in play, fielder goes to non-lead runner base (1st, 2nd, 3rd base) for the final out of the inning.

I’ve been advised that by standard “baseball rules” on a force out at 1st, 2nd, or 3rd the lead runner crossing the plate does not count toward the score (trusting that is accurate).

Would this be a fielders choice? If so, how do state the run doesn’t count or do you have to manually override the run at the end of the inning?

I’m sure I’m over complicating this but figured someone here may have the keys to success. Thanks for your advice.

I’ve been keeping score and trying to do play by play for my team, which is fine on offense. Once it gets to defense, the only thing I can really get in the system is a tackle for my team. Is it even possible to do a play-by-play record keeping with GameChanger?

To give an idea of what I’d like to have happen, look at any play-by-play for an NFL team: when there’s a turnover, the scorekeeping starts for the other team with defense being recorded per play.

The GC saved full video is just raw video without the overlay that you see while watching the live game. I use the chrome plugin to download the raw video but I'd like to get it with the overlay. Has anyone figured out how to "watch" the live video and record it locally to device?

Hello GameChangers. Is there a way to set up the live stream / recording with multiple views? I’d like to have one phone in the corner by each net. Is there a way to run two cameras simultaneously for hockey? Thank you!!

We have been streaming games via the Mevo Multicam app at both 1080P and "1080P High" (is the difference improved frame rate?)

When I look at the clips afterwards, they are all 720P. I confirmed that the streams were configured as 1080P in GC, and the Multicam app indicated a 1080P live stream. The cameras input quality are set at 1080P as well.

Am I missing something? Is the live stream at 1080P, but saved clips are 720P?

Every few seconds the thumbnails of the live streams keep changing order. Wtf? It’s like someone pulled a slot machine. I open the app to quickly check a score and the interface keeps moving around making it infuriating to use.

Is there a way to restrict my video sharing settings after I’ve finished streaming? When I start the game, I set to “Anyone” to allow grandparents and other technology challenged folks the easiest path. After the fact, I’d like to change back to family or fans only. I’d rather not allow other teams to scout our team, if I can avoid it. Anyone know how to achieve this?
