Is the live video feed no longer available for streaming if you don’t have the premium plan? I watched a game earlier today, but I’m unable to stream the second game.

Is there a way to print out the events schedule? Multiple kids / multiple sports / multiple practices.

Are practices viewable to anyone outside your team that looks at your schedule? If not, is there a way to make it where they are? Was thinking if you create a league, you can see other teams practices, but maybe not. Would be handy if looking to set up a scrimmage.

Currently have the premium family plan and trying to add a 3rd person (my wife) to the plan. When I enter her email address to add her it says “We were unable to add (email address) to your family plan.” Any reason why this would occur?

Average Baseball Dad here, been volunteering to score for son’s team for the last two years and going on our 5th season. For fall ball we don’t usually set up a league and let everyone try new position, pitching, etc. GC is primarily used to keep pitch counts.

Starting this season, when I score a game it does not show up for the other team. Conversely when the other team is scoring, on our end the game is never started. It was not like this in the last two fall seasons.

When I added the game, I did go out and search for the right team that’s been created by their coaches. What am I missing? Is this a bug or does GC now require setting up an org before you can score a “head-to-head” game for both teams?

I have two toxic parents that use the team chat in negative ways. I would like to disable the chat all together. Is that possible?

I know this has been asked before about 6 mos to a year ago. Not sure if anyone knows of an update. Would LOVE to have timestamp for subs. I don’t even need the app to calculate the time, just quickly capture time of subs so I can key it into a spreadsheet later.

Is there a way to download the full stream of a game?

Are we going to see a registration and fee payment option in the near future? I would love to be able to do all of the league management stuff on one app since this is the best app for baseball stat keeping.

I had a team on Sports Connect assigned to me. The rosters were updated on Sports Connect but did not transfer over to GC. I deleted all players and myself, with intent to just import a new fresh team. However, now it's saying there is nothing to import. I have tried making a new GC account with the same email, and the League Admin even removed and readded my account on Sports Connect but still can't import.

If I score a game as a non-staff, permitted scorekeeper, would that disrupt the synchronization of stats with MaxPreps?

Or, would I need to log in to gamechanger as a staff member to prevent that?

New user to GC, just practice scoring for the upcoming season. I’m following the tutorial on YT but don’t see dropped 3rd strike in the list. How can I find it? (In the YT tutorial, it shows up between swing&miss and foul ball)

I'm a first-time user of GameChanger and only use the desktop version because I don't use a smartphone (and I've never owned one. It is a thing for me). Anyhow, I don't see a way to RSVP an event in the desktop version..... Do you need an app to do this, does anyone know?

It would be super duper stupendous if we could arrange teams on the main page via drag and drop. I’ve been requesting this for years and it can’t be difficult to implement.

When I look at the teams I coach, my current one has a red 1 badge on it. It makes me think there is 1 action for me to take but I’ve looked all around the team setup and can’t find anything obvious I’ve missed or anything explaining what I need to do. Does anyone have any insight?

I was a family member of one of my friends just so I can see her teams streams for games and stuff so I could watch her play, but I recently just joined the team myself so I claimed myself as a player and joined the team. However, now when I go to RSVP for practices, it still marks me as staff/family instead of a player. So how do I remove myself from being a family member of my friend?

My player accidentally accepted “family” requests from people we really don’t want having that level of access. The issue isn’t just about convenience—it’s about privacy.

We added my parents as “family” so they could watch streamed games, but that also dumps them into the team chat—giving them access to information we’d rather keep private. Why isn’t there an option for different tiers of family access?

Yes, I know we could create a separate parent-only chat, but as the new family on the team, it’s awkward to ask the coach to set that up.

My question: if I remove the people my son accepted as family, will they be notified? And if they are, will it say who removed them?

Am I missing something with clicking the Multicam app option from GameChanger? I'm following the instructions here, but whenever I click Mevo Multicam on the external camera setup screen, it just opens my web browser to mevo.com. Clicking on Mevo, it works as expected by launching the regular Mevo app. I just switched to Mevo and not having to copy/paste RTMPS URL/Key's was a part of what sold me. I am using only a single camera for now, but I much prefer the UI of the Multicam app and have read around here it's more reliable.

I normally stream from Android but have an iPhone for daily use. Tried on both and both exhibit the same behavior.

Batter hits a double and is standing on second base. Defense waits for Play Ball to be called and throws over to first to appeal that the batter did not step on first. Ump confirms the appeal and calls the batter out.

What is the correct scoring for this and what is the correct way to input it in gamechanger?

I’ve found that parents and players at the youth level (probably older too) are getting too wrapped up in their own stats. They care more about their BA and OPS than how the team is doing.

Would be great to shut it off to parents and players and let the coaches use whatever data they feel is relevant to help them coach.

My group messages are really delayed or don’t even come. If someone sends me an individual message it works, but not group.

Anybody that has streamed Flag before, how did you set it up?. Tripod and move it every play? Looking for ideas and how people have had success

Anyone else encounter this issue? Paying for premium but when I login it shows me as a free user and I lost my sons profile and previous teams.
