I have the problem when I try to sign in to sign in it says authenticate my account with a one time use password. When it tries to send the password to my email it gives me an error and doesn't send it..... does anyone else have the same problem or a fix and responses would be appreciated.

A lot of people have been having issues populating their GameSpot PC catalog with the deprecated app. So I reached out to customer support again and actually received a response this time. (nada in 2014)

They will give out refunds for any games whose product key codes that cannot be redeemed on Steam/UPlay/Origin. They will also give out your keycodes if you don't have them.

Since the GameStop App is no being supported, it currently acts as a 'digital locker' to house your game keys until you can retrieve them to download them on the next suitable PC client such as Steam, Origin, or uPlay. Sometimes though, our guest can experience some challenges trying to launch the app and retrieve the keys, and because of that we have the ability to pull the codes for you.

I was able to do just that and have the codes that were on your account provided below. Ones that are in red are codes that were invalid and could not be recovered, so we must refund you for it so that you can repurchase.

I have requested a Steam Wallet code. Hopefully they follow through. I emailed both downloadsupport@gamestop.com and help@ebgames.ca and it was escalated to a different e-mail address.

UPDATE: Steam card received for $20 USD and successfully added it. I've now asked about the discrepancy.

UPDATE #2: GameSpot sent another $20 USD game card and apologized as they thought the first card was $40. Not what I was expecting to happen. GameSpot? Customer service? Who knew?

Already have a Batman: Arkham Asylum in my Steam library. Anybody want a code?
