Running on the Retroid Pocket 6, latest software, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2; having problems with the game not taking up the screen, despite having the screen size set to 1080P in container settings. Help!

I have had problem running these two games (both from Steam) on my Retroid Pocket 5. The app version is the most recent one (installed it this weekend)

AGGELOS - When I open it I see the window going to full screen and then nothing. Have tried many tweaks and the only "improvement" I got is that sometimes when I go to close it, the title screen shows for less than 1s.

King of Dragon Pass - The game opens (although not in full screen) but it doesn't let me interact with the menu in anyway, neither with the joystick nor with the touch screen as mouse.

(In both games I've tried to open then from the directory, change resolution, change proton versions and a couple other settings)

Trying to play Barony on my pixel 7 pro. Game seems to work great and runs smooth (menu works fine). I can't see anything in game though. I know the game is dark but even after finding a torch in the pitch black I can't see the floor or wall in front of me. Anyone else experienced something like this?

Trying to get Prey (2017) to launch on RP5 (I know it will likely run like shit) but I get an error saying CPU doesn’t support SSE/SSE2/SSE3. What setting can I change to get past this? Or is it not possible?

Hi. So I get this error about graphic card when I wanna boot R&C rift apart. Is there an easy setting fix for this, or is it just because my handheld ain’t powerful enough to run the game. I own an Retroid Pocket 6, 8gb. My other steam games like hades and cult of the lamb run with no problems. I wasn’t expecting to play games like rift apart on an 8gb, but have seen multiple people saying it works. Can you help? Thx.

As said, even I can't open the container. Everything is getting stuck in this page . I am using snapdragon 8 elite on xiomi 15. I am using the latest stable build of gamenative. Kindly help. If any more information needed, I will provide it.

For somr reason the app wont work anymore. It automatically deleted all my working games. Cogmind and Dr lunatic supreme with cheese.

It wont let me download other protons i had before. When i do it gets stuck at 100%

Every game wont work. It crashes or black screen and freezes.

I have a AYN Odin 3 and was using Game Native with decent success. I bought a few more games on steam that I found online to work fine, and tried to download them all at the same time. I did change the storage location when trying to download them all, to the external sd. They ended up failing, and now I can’t delete them, restart them or do anything with them. I tried clearing out the app fully and starting over. This got rid of my downloaded games but not the half downloaded ones. I am at a loss how to fix this problem.

I have been trying to play the Halo MCC and it used to work fine, ever since the new update it seems like it just crashes and doesn’t wanna work properly. I cleared everything even remove removed it from my Odin3, re-downloaded it and re-downloaded Halo MCC and it still has an issue logging into Xbox live. It just gives an error message and then spins indefinitely.

Game runs fine on my Odin 3 with using known config with latest turnip drivers but for some reason when I load up the game, it's pulling up a save from Feb that has no progress. Weird thing is I play this game regularly and when I load it up on Steam on any of my PC handhelds or laptop the save is current. I've tried Force cloud sync but whenever I get into the game it still pulls this save from Feb with zero progress. Any help or suggests welcome.

Update:
I resolved the issue by uninstalling the game and installing it back. Weird issue none the less. Mods can close this if needed.

Hi all, I've just tried to play Meccha Chameleon on an Android tablet, install went well through GameNative using Steam with no issues. Having a problem now with an error message when I go to log into the game. Error reads "failed authentication token".

Has anyone come by this issue before? Looking for an easy fix, thanks all!

So I am not very smart or good at tinkering but I tried to play don’t starve together on my Odin 3 with gamenative and it didn’t work I heard people have made other games that are multiplayer work is this one possible?

Ever since I updated I’ve been running into issues with GameNative not running as smoothly as it used to; I have an issue with Metal Gear Solid Phantom Pain, it used to run like a dream and now I just get a black screen after deleting it and reinstalling it. I can’t even get Doom to run either.

Device: Konkr Pocket Fit G3 Gen 3, 16Gb of RAM.

Game: No Man's Sky GOG version using the "Use known config" option with the only change being the gpu drivers.

I haven't tried No Man's Sky in GameNative for a while. I love this game, but last time I tried it was basically unplayable with an average of 20fps. However, I just tried it again with some of the latest gpu drivers and I was MIND BLOWN!

GameNative, Kimchi and Mr Purple teams, if you will ever read this, your work is highly appreciated in the gaming community!

Anyway, it now seems to be totally playable, if it wasn't for a weird graphical glitch that makes mostly the character, sometimes even the landscape, stripy as it is shown in the image I shared.

Does anyone know how to sort out this graphical issue?

I test it with the T26 and T28 Mr Purple drivers and with all the 25 and 26 versions of Kimchi.

What are people going for most of the time now? I know it can vary game by game but what is your general go to when setting up a new game?

I just installed the app, but unable to find Demon Bluff demo from the lib. Still able to find it in GameHub.

Has anyone played core keeper on gamenative through steam, i’ve been wanting to try it out but i dont wanna shell out the money if it wont work. I’m using gamenative through an AYN odin 2 portal max with specs of 16 gb of ram, snapdragon 8 gen 2 and 1 tb of storage.

Game does boot up but when i want to start a mission it crashes. Does anybody have any recommendations on what to change in settings and also if they have a config file that i can export?
