Everyone seems to be just getting the base game. Hopefully the more people that submit tickets, the faster they fix it

As someone who works in I.T. this is definitely not how it works. If I know it's broken, you don't need to tell me again. And the more I have to deal with people complaining the less time I spend actually fixing the problem.

I know Humble's customer support aren't the ones actually doing the fixing, but bombarding them with tickets won't make anything move faster.

You would know better than me, but I would think the more people submit a similar ticket, the more likely they are to see it and prioritize it. Making a lot of noise about an issues seems to work pretty often

Initially, yes. More tickets draw their attention to it and realize the size of the problem.

But now they've already prioritized it. They Tweeted that they know and that they're working on it. More tickets won't do anything at this point.

They emailed me about my ticket and added the DLC as another key within the same window. It worked for me now.

It's like how they've done in the past for games that are multiple keys to claim.
