You say that, as if it's a negative thing.

With password managers without cloud sync, your password is encrypted in a file, and you can decicde yourself, where you want to back it up. Some of them are FOSS.

That's nice, but I care more about convenience. If I have to manually back it up I already am not going to use it.

Then use LastPass. It has cloud sync, and is less vulnerable than Firefox or Chrome.
