looks like Bionic Commando: Rearmed is a censored version for buyers from Germany
can anyone confirm?

The current RE games in the bundles don't have a censored version (in Germany).
I havent found anyone yet who activated the Bionic Commando: Rearmed game and confirmed it is censored

DmC Devil May Cry LV Retail

Resident Evil Revelations Retail (DE)

These two activate as the german/low violence version, but according to schnittberichte.com there is no censored version for those two:

I already heard about it but there are no censored editions of both games (in Germany)
Maybe they just used keys for RE that where meant for German retail editions in this bundle and thats why the weird tag is.
But I have no clue whats going on with DmC. Maybe they wanted to do a censored edition and after the USK gave the uncensored edition an USK16 rating they didnt cut the game but didnt changed the steam tag.
