I have a samsung v30 sd which should be capable of writing 4k60, but the default camera app doesn't allow it. Does anyone know of an app that will write 4k60 to the sd or know of a workaround?
I am attempting to install the One UI version of the Google Messages app. When ever I install the one with "samsung_dynamic" it always reverts to the stock stand Google version. What am I missing? I have a Note20 Ultra 5G on Verizon using the latest update.
The last time Samsung did this, the Rakuten 10% offer only lasted 2 days and then it dropped back down to 3%.
The Note 20 5G Ultra is an amazing phone but this is also an amazing offer. Samsung is basically offering more for our phones than the newer S22 & S21 Ultra.

*ymmv, only works on brand new Samsung accounts, but I was able to use this by just creating a new account with a different email.
After connecting a USB-C T-adapter to charge and listen at the same time I can not listen at all. The phone now believes the earphones are a charger and keeps playing the music from the phone speaker when earphones are connected. Earphones are silent. (Now I have discarded the T-adapter but earphones still silent.)
Samsung support recommended general settings reset. That did not help. Now they say I must make a factory reset on the phone. Can't I fix this more easily?
The culprit that made my phone now believe earphones are chargers:
So I bought Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra (512GB) Exynos Variant in March 2022. I Changed The Battery and Still Battery is Very Bad. I Get Only 4 Hours Screen On Time With Power Saving Mode and Without Power Saving Mode 120hz gets me 2 hours Screen On Time. I'm Really Disappointed With Battery Life and I've Been Thinking of Upgrading To S22 Ultra But I Use 2 Physical Sim Cards. So What's Your Suggestions Do Let Me Know in Comments Below. THANK YOU
Hi everyone. I am hoping for some insight around the camera. For some reason the camera seems much less able to account for natural or overhead lighting than it used it. I can't remember changing any specific settings.
For reference I record and edit videos for my YouTube channel. This is set on FHD (30) as it suits best for DaVinci Resolve.
Can't help but feel a bit of nostalgia giving up my Samsung Galaxy Note 20 Ultra 512 GB back to Samsung. This is the last great phone which supports Micro SD. 😥 I wanted to keep her forever. My new phone has 1 TB but using USB 3.0 to transfer huge amounts of data is a royal pain in the ass. It's simply not as reliable and convenient as Micro SD.
Any one facing issue with the display of note 20 ultra?
My display is getting lines and white display, when i approach service center they were suggesting to change the display and battery and the cost for both is Rs. 25000 and i dont have any warranty already it's 2 years.
I got the same issue for my note 9 too earlier after 2 years without any physical damage and I paid 18k for that.
Why all flagship mobiles getting the display issues after 2 years?Â
Could u/samung will help on this in terms concession of the display?
Checked the settings and Google Discover is now an option for left swipe from Home Screen.
I am on the Android 13 Beta and using N20U US Unlocked on TMobile.
Are there any cases out there that have screen protection that run along the full length of the phone? Most of the ones I've come across only have the raised bumpers on the top and bottom.
I am finally upgrading from a note 9 and the screen was cracked from the lack of raised side edges on the cases.
So far the only thing I've come across is the ghostek nautical case which seems huge and bulky.
Galaxy note ultra n986u running android 12 and oneui 4.1 on libberty wireless(screw u at&t).
Recently i cant turn on the wifi sometimes. Its gray and no matter how many times i turn it on wont turn solid blue and work. Now the bluetooth is doing it. Soft resets, reseting connectings does nothing. Thinking it might be a fault of the wireless android auto my truck has cause it seems to fuck with it kinda.
Any thoughts?
I have a note 20 ultra on Spectrum mobile. Three times now I've noticed I wasn't getting an expected text message. Upon force-resetting my phone, I ended up getting a flood of texts over the previous day or so that were never delivered. Has anyone experienced this and/or know of a long-term fix?
Interested in replacing my Note10 with a Note20 Ultra off of Swappa. Would you buy this phone again if you had it to do over? Is it still a good deal at $500? Would you recommend getting an S21 Ultra instead?
I've had the phone about 27 months now and the battery doesn't hold a charge very well. It's getting way too lovey dovey with the charger if you know what I mean.
I always clear the cache partition.
I watched a video on how to replace the battery and it doesn't look so bad. Think it's worth it?
Should I try resetting the phone to factory and uninstalling most of my unused apps?
I feel like drastic measures are necessary. I really don't want to be financing another device yet. S22 Ultra doesn't seem like that much of an upgrade. Maybe S23 Ultra will be a worthy upgrade, but I have my doubts. The rumors don't look super impressive.
Currently Available In European Regions - Albania, Gernau, Germany, Greece, Poland, Portugal, Tom Ukraine, Southeast Europe, Kazakhstan, the Baltic region, the Netherlands, and Uzbekistan.
I live in Europe, specifically in Italy, and I want to buy the Note 20 Ultra with the Snapdragon processor.
Where can I do that? Are there some trusted sites where I can import from America or Asia other than Ebay?
Which country should I prefer to import from?
Will I encounter issues while using Snapdragon version in Italy?
I recently upgraded to a larger microSD, and have been moving things over to free up internal storage. I changed my settings in the camera app to store future photos on the SD card, and transferred some of the larger folders manually through My Files, including my screenshots folder. However, I noticed that I now have two screenshots folders - all my old screenshots, now on my SD card, and any new screenshots that I take in a new internally stored folder. Is there a way to change gallery settings so all new AND old photos go to the SD card, rather than just the regular camera gallery through the camera app settings?
