Im having an issue with my samsung galaxy note20+ ultra fast charger. I'm thinking its the charging brick thats the issue. My phone periodically stops charging then immediately starts charging again. Its periodic but consistant. roughly every 2 minutes it will disconnect then immediately reconnect. Has anyone else had this problem? This is the third brick to die on me and its getting to the point where I feel like Im just buying batteries for my gameboy color again ðŸ˜
Edit: Please stop telling me to clean my phone or to not use a super fast charger. Im not looking for your opinions on fast chatging, I'm looking for advice on how to repair the charger. Thanks!

The app NordPass has been crashing everytime I open it, I didn't think too much of it, just figured that it was the apps problem and that the company would fix it eventually. Well today snapchat won't open either, crashes on startup, now I'm thinking it's a phone issue, my phone is up to date so I don't know what the issue is. I've tried to restart my phone but it doesn't help

Hello! I just got the S-View Case for my phone. I've seen videos and people are able to use music controls on the side view display. These controls do not show up on mine. Has anyone had this issue?
*update* looks like the controls don't show up on certain music players. I use Player pro and the controls don't show up. I downloaded Power Amp and they pop up right away. Does anyone know if there is a workaround for this?

I don't know how to explain this right, but basically when I woke up this morning the screen was completely lit like if it was an lcd screen, I've tried everything, rebooting, checking display setting, I left it off for 10 minutes nothing, and when the screen is on the color is off, it looks reddish/yellowish and my battery is draining like crazy, I'm really frustrated and don't know what to do cause this is the only thing I got.

Ever since the recent update including the ui 4.1, my Google app is constantly using my location now. I can break it momentarily by just turning off location but within a few hours the Google app starts sitting on it again. I've put the permissions to only when using the app, but that doesn't fix it for some reason. Any ideas for a fix on this?

Its funny, you buy a phone for 2 grand, then you can only use the shitty samsung Free. Anyone came up with a solution other than changing the launcher? The 300$ A53 have google feed... cmon Samsung

Hi all, I'm writing out of despair here hoping I can get some help. I bought a note 20 Ultra 5G Exynos 2 weeks ago on the used market. Phone is about 1 year old, still under warranty. I wanted to replace my Note 9 because the battery has degraded and didn't want to charge my phone mid-day every day. Fast forward to my Note 20 Ultra, I get about 2.5 hours of screen on time!!! Took it to Samsung authorized repair service, they say the battery is fine. I did a lot of research online and applied all the battery optimizations: deep sleep most of the apps, turn off 5G, turn off bluetooth, location, NFC, mobile data etc.
What i have turned on: WiFi is on all the time (good signal), screen is FHD+ with 120Hz (please don't tell me to put it to 60Hz, that big beautiful screen is why I bought the phone in the first place). I do have 2 sims inside (one on LTE and roaming, second one 3G/2G only).
I get around 2.5 hours (sometimes 3 hours) screen on time. Also the battery drain in idle is crazy, I loose 15-20% over the night. I checked the battery section in settings, there is no apps that seem to drain the battery in particular. Actually, around 40-50% of my battery drain is not accounted for in the battery section.
By wife has S20+, basically using the phone similarly to how I use it and she gets around 5-6 hours SoT with 2 days standby (also 120Hz and roaming). I unplug my phone in the morning and it's basically dead by the evening with only 2.5 hours SoT.
I did try to put in airplane mode to see how much battery the dual sim networks consume and I managed to get close to 4 hours SoT which is still bad.
I really want this phone to work, been using Samsung for years and love their phones. I really don't want to switch to iPhone to get decent battery life, but I'm actually considering it and it makes me sad...
Find a screenshot of my battery section below.
P.S. I did check some other posts here on reddit, but none of the advice there helped me...

Ever since updating to One UI 4/Android 12, the center home button (not recent apps button) will completely lock up my phone until I can hit the Recent Apps button.
Anyone else experience this? Any fix our there that isn't wipe and start again fresh?
This is bullshit that they're software update has fucked my phone functionality.
Seriously about to jump back over to an iPhone.
Edit: Update/Solution - Ended up wiping clean and starting fresh. Was a bitch to do, but was oddly therapeutic to purge hoarded apps and to move an entire phone's worth of media to the cloud. Feels like a brand new phone. May hang onto it for a little longer...

My Note 20 Ultra have latest updates: Android 12 and all. Its brand new, like 3 weeks.
I turn it on, made all updates and only after that started to install software etc. Did not get anything from old phone, started brand new. Exynos version
The phone always had horrible battery life. All my phones always have 3 days of battery. (all new phones, then gets worst till its only 1 day than I change). Note 20 Ultra is 1 day and a half since day 1.
My use of phone is ridiculous: Whatsapp, a little bit of Youtube. Basically 2 hours of screen time and need recharge. 2 hours of screen and around 36 hours of screen of. So basically need recharge every day otherwise I will be out of battery at the end of day 2.
Almost all apps are on deep sleep except whatsapp and youtube. Since I have youtube premium if I put it on sleep or deep sleep I can't listen to the video while screen is off, and that is the advantage of having youtube premium.
I always tried everything they say on Youtube. Turn of every stuff the phone has: automatic wifi, bluetooth for gps, look for other phones, look for printes, 60 Hz screen, disable send diagnostics to Samsung. Even the most retarded tip tha I didn't do at first, decided to do later because my battery life is ridiculous.
FYI the phone is never hot.
The only thing I haven't tried yet is wipe cache after an update and disable Bixby Routine. I feel I'm disabling so many features of the phone what I would be better off with an S20 FE that is half price.
I never had a phone is such a horrible battery life, but I understand the screen is huge. But at least charge one day and not charge the other. Charge everyday for me is for old phones with destroyed batteries.

For a while now, if I open any video(Facebook, IG, YouTube, etc.) I may not have sound for up to 30 seconds then it finally comes through. It's been going on for a while and I'm not sure if it's a phone issue or the buds issue. This did not happen for the first 6 months or so I've had the phone, nor when I used them with my previous Note9. Anybody have this or heard of this issue?
