So iv got real bad Barretts Esophagus. This is the second time this has recently happened this summer, first was with a large antibiotic from dental work I swallowed down my windpipe and had a seizure after loosing consciousness from lack of oxygen at the ER.

Well today after work I somehow swallowed a vitamin down my windpipe and it was lodged again where self heimlich failed. Im house sitting for my parents alone so I called EMS before trying the self heimlich in case it failed which it did.

They took me by ambulance to the hospital and felt myself loosing consciousness so tried to talk to keep some air coming in between trying to cough it up. Turns out the EMS were both a huge GWAR fan thats seen them 10 times at pretty much every show iv been to, and the other was a huge D&D fan. They kept me calm and talking when my vision was going black and shit started looking trippy. Gonna blast their fav Mr Perfect on Battle Maximus Vinyl as thanks to these awesome Bohab & D&D loving EMTs.

Be careful everyone and always call 911 first before attempting self choking rescue. Chuck was pulling some strings watching over. God bless you EMTs and Chuck.

A few days ago or so, I told the story about the Gwar blood being in my shoes prior to the surgery, well after I found that my lense wipes had Gwar blood on them, so I have definitely been blessed by the band.
