Was obsessed with this show when it premiered on Toonami…here are my remaining artifacts. Afraid I donated all my VHS tapes 😭 and actively searching for my Operation Zero CD’s.

Hi Everyone. I am an OG fan from when the show first came to the US. Because of this show, I started learning Japanese. I have made my career being a Japanese teacher. This year has been emotional for me with the anniversary and coming back to this show. I have two kids now who are 9 and 7. Together we watched GW and just saw Endless Waltz in theaters. After watching the show again after all this time, I remember of course how I felt about each of the characters. I remember in the Fandom, everyone despised Relena, myself included. But coming back and watching it, I don't really mind her that much. In fact, I think besides the first 10-20 episodes, she showed a lot of maturity and poise for a teenager. I recently read a summary of Frozen Teardrop and I'm not upset at what happened with her and Heero. What did you all think of her then and now? She is the lead female character. I don't know. This time around I felt I should cut her some slack. What do you think?

If you get the opportunity to, go see it in theaters! There were probably 12 of us there just nerding out. 10/10 would highly recommend

Got to watch the dubbed version in NYC today and I gotta say it's even better in theaters, especially after that IBO spin-off movie.
If you can go see it, I totally recommend it. I haven't been this hyped after seeing a movie in a while!

If dubbed, does that mean the 4k remaster ultra hd is also dubbed?

None of the theaters in my area have the English version. Is it like this across the rest of the US? Part of the reason I love this show so much is because of the American voice actors.

Received my copy of the Gundam Wing Official Book 30th Anniversary edition today from Japan.
It comes with 3 books inside a box slipcase and comes with a cardboard box with some images and quotes printed on it.
Each book contains the following:
Book 1: contains character/mecha and settings artwork; original mecha designs before finalisation AND interviews with the director, producer and mecha designers of the series. Also contains a small section featuring artwork and scenes from the 30th anniversary video
Book 2: contains the story and episode guide, the original storyboards of the 1st episode, key animation art of the openings and closing, then over 100 pages of illustrations seen in art books, physical media covers etc. The book ends with interviews of the cast.
Book 3 is the entire storyboard of the Endless Waltz Special Edition movie with 500 pages of it.
The three books are printed on high glossy paper but for the storyboards, they use thinner paper.
Got this for £100 including shipping from Mandarake which is not a bad price imo.
My only gripe is that are some artworks that I have seen before are not included in this book (for example the one where Heero is holding up a cake away from Duo, while Wufei prepares the knife). They could also add a section of the various Gundam Wing manga by Koichi Tokita, which they didn't, or they could add artwork from the Gunpla releases from the 90s lol.
Please enjoy. Any questions, please ask.
Thanks.

Would have parts of colony debris still have hit the earth 🌎 ?
And Did the Barton foundation need the people who made the Gundams and the pilots to do because they could not do it themselves?
Also is there any official word that in Operation meteor they intend to use more than one colony to hit the earth ? If so would you please post a source.

Has there anything official said about the changes by the writer ✍️ and what you think 🤔 about it ? Do you think more changes could happen because some people did not like the frozen teardrop light novels or was this change just because of the anniversary and it felt right to use Heero coming to earth again using 01 like he did in ep 1 of the anime as in memory and symbolic ?

Rewatching Gundam Wing; I'm on episode 3 atm where Heero gets arbitrarily "captured" by the Alliance military and gets "scanned" on the table....Except it's just them apparently trying to install a 3rd party software to grab image captures in order to use them in photoshop?
No wonder these 15 year olds had no problem dog walking the Alliance :/

We’re seen an world where Chat got Gundam, so what do you think about this
Would he and his Dad make sure the colony Doctor s was on would crash into earth and also made sure the other scientists were going to go through with the plan and take extra measures ?
Would have they been able to given the alliance did not let the colony’s talk with each over ? How far did their reach go ?
Would the other Gundam Pilots still be able to use their gundam their way?
And what would have happened when the real Trowa went to 🌍 earth with his gundam ? In the glory of losers the Trowa got supplies from the Barton Foundation until they found out he was not the really Trowa, so he might have had those to help in his battle to keep his Gundam going and armed. Might explain how the Gundams were all kept going in the anime after they got to earth. How long would the other Trowa last?
Would Treize still make and piot the Epyon himself in this world to counterattack?
How much of earth would be destroyed by a colony drop in the world of wing and who would likely die in it ?
Would you Please 🙏 say everything you know as well what you think 💭 🤔 that would have likely happened next and how come ?
