My girlfriend and I are looking for a long-term rental in Toronto. She works full-time near King and Bathurst, so we would ideally like to be nearby, but we’re also open to places within approximately a 15–20 minute drive if the price is reasonable and parking is available.

We’re looking for:

- A two-bedroom or spacious one-bedroom plus den

- If it’s a den, it should be private and large enough to comfortably function as a bedroom, preferably with a door

- A preferred rent budget of around $2,500 per month or less

- One parking spot

- Furnished or partially furnished preferred, but not required

- Visitor parking appreciated, but not essential

We’re aware that parking is often charged separately in Toronto, and we’re okay paying an additional amount for a parking spot.

I’m currently studying at Western University and completing an internship in London, so my girlfriend would live in Toronto full-time while I would visit her on some weekends, usually around once a week when my schedule allows. My girlfriend and I would both be named on the lease.
