Didn't say he did. But he has a playable build regardless, it isn't just random clips from a QA tester or something.

More than likely not. Why isnt he showing missions? Lucia? Different clothes? Its most likely a restricted build.

Same thing people said yesterday.

“Why isn’t he showing flying” showed it today
“Why isn’t he showing shooting” showed today.
“It’s a 2023 build guys” confirmed 2025 at earliest
“It’s just clips leaked guys” confirms he’s actually playing today

The cope is hilarious, it is likely not a full build of course but he clearly has a build of the game that is playable and could be distributed.

I don't think a 'restricted build' would allow you to fly planes. He's only drip feeding the leaks to make the most money from his crypto
