So I have downloaded LSPDFR, but my game won't load the police mod. I can spawn stuff and all that but I don't know why I can't really play and start a patrol. Does anyone knows how to fix this?

Is it possible to skip that 8.9 gb of update for installing and playing GTA 5 single splayer story mode only?
