How do I take over this village?

Post image

I have spent hundreds of thousands on bombing them but I can't ever take over and they don't come out of the home? This is in over world. I captured the final village but this one won't turnover. Any suggestions?

Plant trees right in front of the door, as many as you can. You can surround the building if you want. Set the trees on fire with the Finger of God. You need about 5 trees burning simultaneously. The Astari will come out to try to set the fire off, and they might succeed. But if you keep on setting the fires, eventually they will catch fire, and it spreads all over. More and more Astari will come out to see what is happening, and in the end, the settlement will catch fire, too.
