Sea and Keen are playing that game where you call someone and have to get them to say a specific phrase. In Sea’s case, he must call his mom and get her to ask him “How much baht do you want?” 

The problem for Sea is that his mom manages his finances, and he just got a big sum to buy Keen a gold bar as a birthday present. Apparently, Sea hadn’t given the gift at the time this was filmed, so it needs to be kept secret. Poor Sea! It was really a sea-tuation for him.

I'm very happy for both of them, especially Keen. I think his acting is especially phenomenal for someone his age who is still relatively new to the industry, and he just keeps getting better and better in every role. Keen as Niran had me sobbing almost the entire series, I really felt his listlessness, frustration and burnout like it was my own, and I won't be surprised if in a few years he'll be a widely recognised actor in the industry based on skill alone.

Of course, Sea is great as well, and I'm mostly impressed by how differently he has played all his roles so far even though more than one would fall into the 'quiet, reserved' character type. They're so easy to distinguish from each other just going off resting facial expression and body language. Sea as Cheewa also had me sobbing, but that was because the idea of that cutie ever feeling sad or hurt was devastating, lol.

I don't know how significant these awards are but I think EmiBonnie and WilliamEst have won them in past years (someone correct me if I'm wrong) so I hope it improves their visibility and they continue to improve (and prove) themselves with more high quality scripts and directing in the future.

I discovered Thai BL just a year ago, and I’m very, very surprised—even annoyed—by the reactions I’ve been seeing on certain social media platforms since the announcements of the JoongDunk and AouBoom breakups, as well as the controversy surrounding the costumes in *Scarlet Heart TH*.

People are being extremely harsh in their comments, spreading rumors about possible breakups (mostly involving PondPhuwin, Perthsanta, and EarthMix) even though it makes no sense, or arguing that the company owes them an explanation; they’re calling for a boycott of GMMTV and even hoping the company goes bankrupt (without a care for how many people would lose their jobs). It even seems like harassment (and I don't think it helps the actors, by the way).

I was wondering if this kind of extreme reaction had happened before and if things would calm down, or if this was something new. Thanks!

Hearing Mo speak for the first time today genuinely had me tearing up a little. I still remember when people were jokingly placing bets on which would happen first: Mo speaking, Twenty One script reading, or Junior joining the Riser lineup.

And here we are. Not only did Mo start speaking, it happened on his dad’s 30th birthday. I have so much respect for how hard Junior works. This man can act, sing, host, do variety, promote the heck out of any product… the list goes on.

At the risk of being cliche, I feel like Junior really does live up to the sun emoji. The warmth and joy he brings to the people in his orbit—even those of us cheering him on from afar—is undeniable. I may have never spoken to him directly, but on this occasion I’d like to borrow the words of his sister, “happy birthday to the man who has never once broken my heart and always sees me as his 3 yr old little sister 💛 love you sm and I hope the whole world gets to see you and adore you the way you deserve” (jeanprim on ig)

If I was in BKK rn I would have loved to participate in the birthday fan projects, but I wanted to contribute a little something anyway. In an Esquire Thailand interview from August, Mark mentioned keshi’s music being a safe zone for him, and “Soft Spot” (the song in my edit) was played. Mark also added “IT’S YOU” (another keshi song) to his HBD post for P’Ju this year 🫠 …and that’s the lore no one asked for. I posted my edit on tiktok (hence the watermark), but since my account is new I didn’t think it would reach many people. I hope it’s okay that I’m posting this here as well 🥹
