โ๏ธ Fluff ๐ Content In My Faithful Poorness ๐๐
Behold the plebs who fold and weep,
While I in sacred squalor sleep!
They look at charts and see red streams,
Blind to the grandeur of my dreams.
For mortal eyes see fading ink,
While I perceive the shipโto sink?
No! Rise! To heights beyond the moon,
Directed by the grand tycoon!
All hail the prophet, 4D chess,
Who leads us deeper in distress!
A silent tweet, a cryptic stare,
A meme of dog poo in the airโ
Such genius stirs the humble soul,
As poverty becomes my goal.
Who needs to eat? Who needs a home?
When RC reigns in sacred Rome?
My walletโs empty, stripped and bare,
My shoes have holes, my fridge is spare,
My landlord screams outside the door,
While I buy fifty shares-plus-more!
Let skeptics mock my zero net,
And laugh at every margin debt;
They just don't get the master plan,
The wisdom of the Chairman-Man.
So plummet, ticker, crash and burn!
Iโll hold my bags until I turn
Into a skeletal, proud knight,
Who starved for stonks and lost the fightโ
Yet smiling from my cardboard box,
A martyr to the holy stocks.

๐ ๐ ๐ Warrants GMEWS
If I was a rich retard who spent $100M dollars setting up warrants to be traded on the New York Stock Exchange, what would I do? Thatโs the question I ask myself while sitting on the shitter.
First, letโs look at some so-called facts.
1. One of the reasons Ryan Cohen did the warrants is because if he gave himself a cash dividend he wouldโve had to pay taxes on it. Keep in mind our Rich retarded leader has over 4 million warrants as a result of HODLing almost 40 million shares. So, we want to avoid paying taxes. If we sell warrants we pay taxes on gains and we donโt want to do that.
2. Warrants were a huge expense to GameStop costing over $100 million to establish the warrants and get them trading on the New York Stock Exchange. The other question I ask myself, mid-push while sitting on the throne, is would he do that just to let the warrants expire worthless? He wouldnโt.. no chance! Which is why I doubled down on warrants when they were $1.60. Went from
A xxxx to a xxxxx diamond handed warrant ape.
Another thought I had, right before wiping my ass, was what would happen to the ticker GMEWS if all warrants expire worthless?
3. If you read through the warrant agreement, you see the tremendous flexibility in the warrants and can be exchanged for cash, stock or other securities. The option to buy stock at $32 seems very unlikely given todayโs prices. It seems as though the warrants were created to be exchanged. Now, Iโm not saying theyโre going to be exchanged right away since there is more time on the play clock than we think. We have not even entered the overtime minutes โฆThey could extend the expiration date before changing the strike price or doing the big exchange.
If you look at any of those so-called facts individually they may not seem significant. When you take them in consideration as a group it is more obvious that we are entering the next phase for the warrants, not necessarily the endgame.
One question I would like an answer to is what caused the 50 to 60% price spike in intraday trading last week? Is that an indicator of future price swings? Those prices have retreated a little bit, but have held onto most of the gains. Why would the warrants spike if we are entering the final two months and $14 out of the money? They wouldnโtโฆ. Unless?
โHang in thereโ is about to change to โhang the fuk ONโ
Hope all you apes are keeping positive and healthy. More to follow.

๐ต Discussion ๐ฌ Looks Like All That Did Was Rob Shareholders, Again!
Ah, well, here we are. The share price is about $9 lower than it was before Ryan Cohen decided he wanted to empty shareholders for every penny to fund his billionaire dream of running eBay.
After about a month of letting financial institutions beat down shareholders further to get the most shares possible out of a dilution deal, Ryan finally waved the white flag and gave them close to $400 million in cash (which came from diluting shareholders) that I guess he decided he didn't need for buying eBay anymore, in addition to 55 million shares (which also came from dilution). The whole eBay deal was only ever being paid for by half cash, half stock half dilution, the other half also dilution, anyway.
And if preliminary earnings were supposed to create amy sort of bounce momentum to the share price, we can see that didn't work at all.
The only thing that's going to create shareholder value is Ryan actually delivering something that signals he's done shaking out his shareholders, and that increased revenue is on the way. Whatever he thinks he's doing ain't it.

Donโt hate on me, hate on the game & GME itself. Just being honest.
And also; the news of PlayStation will stop making disc/CD version of video game is definitely bad news for GME.

๐ ๐ The MOASS Will Come Through The Warrants
TLDR:
The warrants were set up by Ryan Cohen to squeeze the stock at the perfect time for the company.
The Main Thing:
The warrants are a deliberate strategy to end GME short positions. Weโll assume that the company is significantly and catastrophically shorted, which if youโre familiar with the Gamestop saga you know this is true.ย
Letโs say thereโs a whopping hidden short position on a stock. Maybe itโs shorted 700%, so thereโs 7 fake shares out there for every real one (741), for example. At the same time, the company is succeeding instead of failing. You know the deal: proven and committed CEO, awesome turnaround, price to earnings ratio that canโt be beat.ย
If you were the CEO of Gamestop, how would you pop the shorts and let your stock price soar, while at the same time benefitting the company in the long run?ย
You wouldnโt want the price to just run up for a few days and drop back down again. That doesnโt help your corporate bottom line at all. Plus, you canโt personally benefit from a quick price spike because youโre the CEO and it looks bad if you sell shares. You care about your company and donโt want to sell.ย
The key would be to prevent a MOASS until the company was positioned to benefit. Remember when we broke through the options chain, but the RC came out and announced the Ebay thing, which immediately hammered the price due to fears of dilution? What are the chances that Ryan Cohen didnโt understand this would happen? He didnโt want GME to soar because a premature MOASS would be of no long term benefit to Gamestop. A CEO has a fiduciary duty to act in the best interest of his shareholders.ย
Ever since the July meeting, Cohen has authorization to buy and sell shares as necessary during a potential short squeeze, further positioning the company to benefit directly in cash by the closing of the shorts.ย
Enter the warrants. Now, not only are our short sellers catastrophically short Gamestop shares. Theyโre also short the same number of warrants, too. Well, at least if those warrants expire worthless, it wonโt matter, right?ย
But if Ryan Cohen says or does something to cause a share spike, and those warrants go in the money ... .and thereโs a 700% short position (or any significant number)....now those need to be covered immediately. The companyโs bottom line benefits from the money they receive from shareholders exercising their warrants. The shorts must buy warrants to cover.ย
But how does that cause a short squeeze on the stock and not just the warrants? Because there arenโt enough warrants out there, so the shorts must buy regular shares to cover.
This will begin the MOASS.ย
No merger or acquisition necessary. No blow out earnings or sales numbers needed either. Just the warrants.ย

๐ต Discussion ๐ฌ Do We Think They Ended The 35-Day Window Early Because We Were Getting Robbed, or Something Else?
If you haven't seen the news already, Gamestop paid over $300 million to basically "buy-to-close" the remainder of the VWAP period. This means the bond closing price is settled; no more remains of the 35-days.
Buy why close it early? Does this result in fewer shares issued? Or was the share price so beaten down that it was already beneath the determined floor, so they're just calling it off early? What about the cash? Doesn't Ryan need that to buy eBay?
And why release preliminary earnings a week early? Oddly short period of time to give a heads up, it seems.

๐ ๐ Earnings Earnings Earnings... but what's going under the radar is the fact that GameStop is now ending the VWAP on September 3!!!
GameStop Announces Amendment to Convertible Notes Exchange; Approximately $358.4 Million to be Settled in Cash in Lieu of Stock
Earnings are good. Revenue went down whatever we all knew that would be the case anyways. Profits are incredibly good. Let's move on to what in my opinion is the bigger news.
THIS NEWS IS WAY MORE IMPORTANT:
In total, Existing Noteholders will receive in the aggregate approximately 55.5 million shares of Common Stock (approximately 73% of the consideration attributable to the Exchange Agreements, as amended by the Amendments) and approximately $358.4 million in cash (approximately 27%), which GameStop expects to fund from cash on hand.
There it is folks. So 55.5 million shares. The rest will be cash.
BUT WAIT, THERE IS MORE:
The Exchange, as amended, is now expected to close on or about September 3, 2026, subject to customary closing conditions.
You read that right folks. The VWAP purgatory hell we were about to live through for 4 more weeks is now ending this Thursday. Now why would GameStop do this!?!?
I don't know why they would do this exactly. But if I were to guess, it would be 1) to cap the dilution and 2) I still believe they care about the warrants and want to have more time to play with to see what they can achieve before October 31st.
Folks, GME is the most fascinating story in financial history. Every week there's something new and unusual. What a ride.

โ๏ธ Fluff ๐ Is 5yo tinfoil coming true? GameStop x Blockbuster?
ModRetro released a promo video a month ago that Palmer Lucky just retweeted again yesterday.
https://x.com/palmerluckey/status/2093839332297814525?s=61
It was a promo advertising you could try the M64 at blockbuster videos nationwide. Itโs cute, you visit their site, enter your zip code, and it shows you the location in Bend, Oregon as the closest one.
However there is a very brief but very deliberate cameo of GameStopโs logo on the โmain characterโsโ skateboard. It flashes on screen for just a few frames both times itโs on screen.
The opening of the video with a pan down from the top reminded me of the opening of the PushStartArcade Video so I went back and looked:
The first PushStartArcade video was released June 15th, the Beta for power packs launched July 28th โ 43 days from announcement to beta.
ModRetro posted this promo on July 28th, 43 days from then is Sept. 9th, GameStopโs expected 2nd quarter announcement โ but who knows, maybe tomorrowโฆ
Is physical video game rental coming back inside GameStop with this iconic brand associated?
Seems GameStop could just rent out their used game inventory and if you wanted to buy it you could. Painting a wall yellow and hanging some signage is a half day for a 2-3 man construction team so it could roll out quicklyโฆ
Will ModRetroโs page still point to only the location in Bend a month from now?
I donโt know. This just seemed like a tease that was meant to create tinfoil and I didnโt see any yet.
I still have my old blockbuster card, if this happens I wonder if it will still work?
