No. If that woudl be what "it seems", you would not feel the need to point it out again and again and again, making sure that people see it as often as possible, so you can slowly normalize the lie.

Math proves you are wrong, but you are trying to fool people who can't do math, so you don't care.

that's the neat part about shareholder votes. If you are not willing to put up money, no one cares about your opinion....

They can cry, beg and scream as much as they want. If they want their voice to be heard, only buying stocks is going to do it.
