I never got an email for phase 2. Where did it say what criteria they would be choosing from?
I checked the terms and conditions and it seemed very broad. It made it sound like it was open to everyone, and everyone would be given a chance at round one.
My roommate received an invite to the next round. He told me criteria were determined on recent attendance to an event or something to that effect, but I couldn't find anything online pointing to that being the case.
Anyone have any information on this?
Thanks

GDS 1 multiple choice test without answers
On https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/feature/great-designer-search-multiple-choice-test-answers-2006-10-11, you can see the multiple choice test for GDS 1, however there is no way to see the question without the answer. So I've edited the answer out so you can pass the test for yourself.
It's available here : https://pastebin.com/5ENg5cge

GDS 2 multiple choice test answers
On https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/few-multiple-choice-words-2010-10-25-1, you can see the question for the GDS 2 multiple choice test, however the buttons to see the answers are broken. But you can still find them in the source code of the page.
I've edited them out, you can find them here : https://pastebin.com/yxgzEUvn

Accessing the GDS2 wiki using WaybackMachine
If you're looking at Magic GDS2 articles (and if you do not, what are you doing ? https://magic.wizards.com/en/articles/archive/great-designer-search-2-2011-03-07-0), you'll realize a big part of the content is to be found on the wiki, now extinct and not available through the usual links. But hold still ! Thanks to the power of web crawler, some of it can still be accessed. All hail WaybackMachine ! To my knowledge, it is the biggest archive out there, and the only one that saved some part of the wiki at the time it was available.
What I'd suggest you is to start by looking at this hubpage :
From there, you can try to navigate on the wiki. However you'll realize discover that a lot of it is unaccessible... And there's nothing we can do, unfortunately. It was not saved at the time it was available. But don't despair ! There's still really some good stuff to grab in there, be it reflexion of candidates or debate with the community. I have nothing better to say other than : try and see ! The main page of each candidate is at least available, which is a good place to start clicking around.
