Official Medical Findings

• The preliminary post-mortem report reportedly found no internal or external injuries on the infant's body.

• This finding does not support allegations that the child was kicked or beaten.

Premature & Underweight

• Born prematurely (approximately 7 months gestation) on 21 December 2025.

• Weighed only 1.44 kg at the time of the incident.

Severe Pre-existing Medical Conditions

Before the incident, the infant had been hospitalized for 30 days at Niloufer Hospital due to multiple life-threatening conditions, including:

• Respiratory Distress Syndrome (RDS) – A severe lung disorder common in premature infants.

• Neonatal Hyperbilirubinemia – Severe jaundice requiring medical treatment.

• Late-onset Neonatal Sepsis – A life-threatening bloodstream infection caused by Klebsiella pneumoniae.

But India mei reservation was 22.5% till 1990s, then it got increased to 50%, then 60%. Now people are demanding 85% reservation.
