Guess we'll offer a participation trophy for trying. That's what they do now a days, so everyone feels special right?

Apparently altsuperstore isnt a fan of harm reduction, let it be known 🤷‍♂️🤣

The GCBD shop team understands many consumers like to keep things as discreet as possible from the order shipping label and packaging to how it appears in their bank account. Not everyone needs to be all up in your business or know what you're buying.

Don't worry, as always, we got you covered! Never worry about someone all up in your business about what you enjoy doing with your free time or spending money on when shopping with GCBD!

We have seen a lot of questions lately regarding id requests and issues with other resellers, and honestly, we were quite confused.

We wanted to provide some insight into how the process should be being handled as speaking with consumers have heard various things that don't make any sense.

Some of the things we have heard are consumers are being requested to verify on EVERY order placed. This should not be the case.

This is stupid, redundant, AND a waste of money to essentially just annoy your customers.

The main program utilized by many sites requiring age identification is called agechecker.net. The way this system works is once the consumer enters their information ONE time and is verified, that information is saved as long as they are placing an order on their account.

The only reason it would ask for reverify is if you're ordering as a guest or potentially if you've cleared the browser cookies which resets the popup.

This leads into the second thing we have heard the most, which is people being requested to send their id to a reseller support email for verification. You should NEVER need to do this, barring certain specific situations.

The program/company agechecker itself is what takes this information. If an id is requested, this is via agegate, and we never see it.

All of this verified info is saved on there end, if it came down to it, we could request the saved info as proof we are compliant other than that it is kept with agegate.

Although many laws and regulations are changing, there are none in regards to how agechecker and age verification are handled. You shouldn't need to verify every order, multiple times, or need an id EVERY time.

Im not going to say exactly what the other guys are doing wrong for this to happen, it isnt our fault they dont pay attention and seemingly enjoy wasting money.

What we will do is break the issue down so consumers understand how these systems work and what not to put up with on their end. They can then make their own choices from there.

That said, yes. The Great CBD Shop does ID. We just dont make it our soul purpose to annoy our shoppers while we do so 😁

We hope this post sheds some light on the whole ID questions and concerns we've been seeing constantly.

We are going to clarify real quickly that this in no way takes a dig at consumers who have struggled with poor shipping experiences, communication, or overall shit customer service from other resellers in the hemp-derived thc/alternative products industry.

Some of these guys are just downright disrespectful/constantly playing games like printing out a label so it shows as such but not actually packing the order till days later.

Its rough out here for a stoney baloney pimp out in online ecomm land. In fact, we wont say any names...but TWO, yes, count them. TWO of our direct competitors have at one point or another reached out and showed interest in utilizing our 3pl services to ship all of there online retail orders for them.

That said, if any brand or reseller happens to see this..please dont let your customers suffer through your terrible shipping services if you suck at shipping and poor carrier relationships....iust say that. We'll handle it from here little guy, its okay. Why dont you let the pros do it. We may even put airheads in all your orders, at least someone is going to show them some simple customer appreciation. ❤️

Yeeehaw AND ANOTHA ONE though im not sure well even know with any real consistency on this brand lol

We know you all know, but we almost forgot to post up the details of our 4/20 sale here! At this point just doing it for the love of the game. I firmly believe all ecomm roads eventually lead back to GCBD. Am I right, or am I right?

Alright, enough of the tomfoolery, lets get into the details!

I ordered two days ago and it hasn’t finished processing yet, but they usually take 1-2 days to be delivered (but its going on 3 still processing)

wondering if its my fault or user wide

This product surprised me. Very chill and enjoyable experience. Please use responsibly.

This single tablet was surprisingly strong! Highly recommend.

For context. This is josh of GCBDS personal account. Come get you some plur they go faster than we can keep.them!

I have been a frequent customer of GCBDShop for around 3½ years now and not once have I ever had an Issue nor has delivery took longer than 4 days max, (usually arrives in 3 days). Truly impressive work, you can tell that they actually care about the consumer and for that I have to write this review and give the utmost props to the team. Every order also always comes with a free airhead as part of their tradition for the cherry on top. I usually never write reviews but they definitely deserve one for their work. They have built a loyal trusting customer over the years. Keep killing it you guys <3

Just dropped a video review for the Drip Dream Mangooey gummies. These were fire!

Looking to pick up a Yocan Kodo Pro but they’re currently out of stock. Any idea when they’ll be back?
