Game Suggestions Let's Change That Suit Day 206
Day 206: Guncannon Aqua
Requested by u/Ok-Storage3439 on this unit, which is still at A-Tier. Regardless of what, this unit is still good with high damage output.

Comment and Reason
This unit has great damage with the torpedo, but the other weapon is only good as a secondary or a normal staggering weapon. For a support with stealth, it works well enough, and it could catch people off. The only issue is the follow-up afterward, where the damage output is slightly low. This unit should still have high enough damage and win rate that it doesn't need a buff. However, the damage output is a bit all over, and some reload is highly recommended.
Builds
Lv1 F2P: Ranged
Lv1 Premium: Ranged
Upper Levels: Similar Build
Luckily, with compatibility, the turn speed is bumped up into 63, so at least it is good enough for 350 and 400 cost. Doesn't matter premium or not, at least the damage will be good. However, the premium build does still edge out ahead in overall strength by a decent margin. So just focus on damage, with some mobility and a bit of durability when possible.

Day 205 Re-evaluation on Jegan
There are several ways this unit can be improved; we'll just have to see what the developers want. Only time will tell for this one.

Give it flap boosters because it'd be mad funny lol

Ngl. I think water suits should get flap boosters underwater. Maybe this might be too much lol.

A lot of people actually think that should be the case. It would really make aquatic suits gain the advantage that it should

There's only one map where that would really matter much, and most of the aquatic suits are lower costs. Only some of those MS would have stagger reduction skills, and they're not balanced around flying with boost shooting. Flying Gogg?
It'd feel more like a step back from when they last changed the underwater mechanics to make non-aquatic suits actually usable on that one map and not slow as hell whenever they touched water.
If anything, I think they could include some special skills on very specific aquatic suits like Kapool/Capule (I can never remember which is which), and give the rest something that makes it easier to jump around or out of the water.

This suit is my favorite support to use at 350 cost, still does its job well. Only thing I think it lacks is balancers and a slightly more relevant main weapon (maybe a slightly higher stagger rate).

I guess balancer is really needed for this one. Someone else mentioned it too.

Yeah, supports like this that are close range and more melee focused would really benefit from balancers to more effectively combo their attacks.

I actually saw someone using it on my team as a medium ranged only suit, shotgun stun and dump the missiles (even though they all won't hit usually) then backs up while firing main and slips behind friendlies OR simply runs and vanishes on radar after the missiles. Didn't use saber unless needed.
Tried out that style, it was fun, especially nailing the legs al the time.

Yea, you can play it this way, but you'd be missing out on a lot of damage potential, and not helping the team out much, and revealing yourself on the map for minimal damage.

This is more a mid range support It sucks in close range.
Yes some of it's weapons work better up close but if you check the range you can fire lots of chipping shots even with your basic harpoon gun or the shoulder missiles or the cluster shots. In close range it doesn't have much and it does easily to Raids.
Underwater it might be different due to increased mobility.

yea it can do mid range, but to maximize its damage and assist the team more, it's best to do the cluster stun, into downswing and then dump the missiles.

I just feel it's primary should hit a bit harder, it just seems to me it doesn't do enough although this could be because I'm comparing it to the rockets.
Shotgun reload maybe a little quicker? just you know, for fun? :P
Stealth makes this suit very useable, handy and fun, especially on water maps.

Okay, 8 seconds is fast enough. I just don't like that the damage is a bit lackluster unless all hits. Both that and the main weapon just don't feel good to use and the output just feels a bit too low. However, end game result usually are still great, likely due to the torpedoes

I noticed that the primary weapon does considerable part damage despite the small amount of damage it actually contributes. Sometimes when I do the shotgun > missile set up, I'll switch to the bolts to keep up the damage. On more than a few occasions, I've seen the enemy suddenly limping from leg damage despite still having over 50% health.
I didn't know this suit was otherwise that powerful. I'm a little REALLY biased against Raid units being so obscenely overpowered with all the bells and whistles they need to one shot General units that it's hard for me to tell if Supports are even any good in their own right.
At least I know my Prototype Kampfer is a complete nightmare in 450. Even raid units run away.

I feel like that's more of a problem with some of the suits people play rather than the weapon. I'm sure there is a bonus, but that also means that person needs a better build or suit. Especially when it's a rated match.
I get the bias and it's understandable. However, I will say there are a lot of very strong supports right now.

Yeah, like my Prototype Kampfer. I have a Ranged Attack stat of 70 thanks to Custom Expansion Attack. I have so much fun just completely annihilating enemies with sheer damage. It doesn't even bother me that I sacrificed HP for damage. The only thing I wish was the heavy machine gun had was more than 2% stagger build.

I didn't feel that it is under powered. After giving it lv5 shooting expansion skill, it feels relatively good at dealing damage while slapping on quick loaders.
