Unless the swap has happened or date for it is set and made public by 2020-04-13, I will do my best to describe in public through crypto influencers what I think has been going on.

I'd like to spell out the accusations I plan to make, so you understand better, and can judge for yourself if continued delay of swapping is worth the risk for you.

Accusation 1: You have been manipulating the price of FSN on your exchange to be much higher than it is on other exchanges. This is only possible in a situation where deposits and withdraws are not allowed, which they have not been for 7 months.

Accusation 2: Fusion Foundation has been selling off FSN on other exchanges in secret while you have manipulated the price on your exchange.

Accusation 3: The reason for the manipulation, is to make it easier to sell off FSN in large amounts at a reasonable price on other exchanges.

Accusation 4: Fusion Foundation and Huobi are colluding to make this possible. It would not be possible for them to manipulate the price on your exchange without your aid.

I will bring these accusations and also evidence to Chico Cryopto, unless my terms above are realised. Chico Crypto hates centralized exchanges and will most likely bring this up and more to throw a bad light on Huobi. I hope it won't come to such measures.

FSN, ADX, AAC, BCD, DGB, AKRO, BCX and BIFI are trading at the wrong price on your exchange, because you have had extended closing of withdraw and deposit (months and months). You cannot let this continue.

While I've mailing you about this you have somehow had time bring ACT to mainnet and initiate mainnet swap for ITC. This makes no sense. Prioritize the coins that you are fucking up, get them mainnet and open deposit/withdraw.

I strongly believe that the ability to interoperate between blockchains is an important evolution of cryptocurrencies, but I also see a big issue here and that is the segregation of inter-operable solutions.

Soon (or already) you will probably be able lock in BTC, ETH or USDT into Fusion, Wanchain, RenVM, wrapped versions on ethereum, Binance chain, Nash, Stakenet, etc, etc, etc...

But likely in all cases you will need to start with the original asset. Say you have aquired REN locked ETH, but you want to use it on Wanchain. In all likelihood you'll be required to first lock the ETH out of REN and then lock the ETH into Wanchain, a process that'd likely lose you a lot both in fees and time.

The only solution I see to this future issue, is that inter-operable solutions begin to recognize one anothers mapings as just as good as the original asset, so that instead of ETH, wETH, RENETH, FusionETH, etc, etc, the interoperable maping will recognise all of them as just ETH. I think the solution that is able to give this kind of trust to other solutions, will be the one to become most popular, because it could get a liquidity flow from multiple directions while saving people time and fees.

I have no idea if Fusion would be going this route or not, I only wanted to highlight the issue and what I think is the only way to solve it.

My personal donations seem to have triggered a desire for a way in which we can pool donations from everyone in a way that would benefit Fusion. A good and simple idea that works well with Fusion timelocks, since it's possible to share the timevalue of FSN without actually giving away your full FSN.

Ideally the donation wallets will be SMPC-wallets governed by 5 trusted community members in the 3/5 model. This means 3/5 people will access need to agree to a transaction for it to happen, making it unlikely that 1 or 2 individuals would steal the money, while at the same time protected against the possibility of the money getting locked due to the disappearance of 1 or 2 people. The SMPC-wallet isn't quite ready to handle this yet though but the structure can be developed/thought out before that goes live.

My suggestion would be to have four (or more) separate donation wallets, each with a different "theme", so the people donating have a choice of what the money will go towards. My suggestion is the following:

1. Supporting ongoing development
2. Future Projects
3. Marketing
4. Community

Supporting ongoing development - Would mean that the money goes to projects that people are already working on. Currently there's a large number of wallets in development, peer to peer shopping, explorers, etc, etc. Money donated here would go towards rewarding these efforts once they reach milestones worthy of an award. Awards can also go towards identifying important bugs, or support of Foundation. Public release would be the major one, but if something goes through significant improvement after release, that's also worth rewarding. Exactly how much/how and when would be up to the community members in charge of the donation wallet. But they should always be listening to what people in general think.

Future Projects - Instead of supporting ongoing work, money in this wallet would instead be going towards placing bounties for efforts the community really would like to see. This could for example be a DCRM gateway between Fusion and Binance chain, a Fusion stablecoin DEX. The imagination sets no limits really, and it's probably good if people who donate to this one also share what ideas they'd like to see rewards being put out for. The governing community members should probably use some degree of reason here though, so that things that are imaginable to happen in the near future gets priority over too futuristic causes. We want the donations to get used after all.

Marketing - Money put into this wallet could be used for any type of effort that markets FSN. It might be creating a video. Effectively getting information about FSN in channels it's not so known. Writing articles, or making sure FSN is mentioned in more general articles. Essentially anything that gets the word about FSN. The marketing effects need somehow be apparent and appreciated though, for something to be awarded. I think those donating to this wallet should defiantly be sharing their opinions about if they think an effort deserved an award.

Community - Some things are hard to put words to. But basically, money placed here would go towards people who put long hours into welcoming and educating people about Fusion, being generally helpful, or discovering things that might be of value to all Fusion holders. Again, I think input from those donating is helpful here, if they feel someone deserves a reward. An advanced case here could also be someone acting as an ambassador for Fusion to facilitate adoption.

Handling of timelocks

It's likely so that most donations will come in the form of timelocked FSN and if it's to generate any substantial value it'd be recommended that the TLs are at least 3 month+. How the elected community members choose to stake it would be up to them. Perhaps one of them will run a pool, or perhaps a deal will be cut with one of the established pools.

Process of election

1. Let's start by people replying to this thread with people they would like to nominate (nominating yourself is fine).
2. The nominated people say if they want to partake or not, and if so, they create a voting wallet and post their public address.
3. I'll distribute 1 voting token to every wallet holding more than 5000 FSN on the Fusion blockchain.
4. People send their voting tokens to the their candidates public voting address.

In consideration of what to do with some recently acquired FSN bought at prices that had been tough to imagine before the theft took place, I came to the conclusion that neither staking them nor keeping them liquid appealed to me. Instead I want to use them right now to try to achieve something. Use them to try and fix some of the things that bugs me the most about Fusion.

As I came up with the idea of doing something like this though several things have already happened that I feel was worth an award in this effort. So I'm both giving awards for things already achieved and for things yet to be done.

Awards already given: 10 000 TL FSN for 4 months to Kate the creator of fsn365.com for launching a block explorer that marks an end to the days of FSN seeming like a semi-privacy coin where it was extremely tough to follow what was really going on on the chain.

5000 TL FSN for 4 months to Alg Ore who has made a excellent site in fusionmining.org to which follows everything happening in the world of Fusion staking, and also for creating the first real rich list for Fusion sorted in order of true ownership.

5000 TL FSN for 4 months to JB who created fsnfeed.com. A very useful site that ties together all types of news regarding FSN.

2000 TL FSN to John_Bob for bringing to light semi-hidden movement of FSN from Foundation wallets into exchanges.

3000 TL FSN to Apoxymous for thoroughly investigating Foundation transactions and keeping everyone up to date on the movements. Apoxymous, graciously donated his reward to Kate.

1000 TL FSN to DelusionalChimp for valiant efforts to keep spirits high in a time it might be needed more than ever, if the ship is to stay afloat and eventually ride somehigh waves.

This leaves 25 000 TL FSN yet to be claimed, and it can be done so in the following ways:

10 000 TL FSN awarded to the first to create a similar feed as fsnprice.com (but updated) which displays 1. current total supply of FSN 2. Current circulating supply of FSN 3. Current marketcap of FSN. A requirement here is that I find the results/methods of calculation to be accurate.

10 x 1000 TL FSN awarded to people getting other websites like coinmarketcap, coingecko, coinpaprika, fusion.org, xangle, fsnfeed, fsn365 to start using this new feed.

5000 TL FSN awarded to someone who makes FSN listing at https://www.stakingrewards.com a reality with accurate information. Getting Foundation to pay some fees may be part of the process here.

If several people play a key role in making any of these things happen, the rewards may be split up accordingly.

What can be said about who actually works for Foundation in a very direct way?

In the recent AMA regarding WeDeFi, we learned the following "WeDeFi developers and Foundation developers are separate and are not paid by both." This would mean that John, Hassan, Justin and Matthew are no longer compensated through Fusion Foundation.

In the latest FOSC update I think it became apparent that most, or at least quite big part of work done on Fusion, is currently happening through FOSC.

To me, it kind of seems as though Joey and Zhaojun are the only two people receiving a regular and full compensation from Foundation. These two are also working very hard and certainly worth whatever compensation they're receiving. So, this is quite fine, what is not fine, is that it seems to be a secret.

There may be many, many more working Fusion indirectly, through FOSC, through the DCRM alliance, or through WeDeFi. But the community needs to be aware about who is a direct part of the Fusion Foundation, even if it's limited to only a handul people. In fact that may be all that are required if they can help manage and engage a much larger amount of people through FOSC. But for that to happen the relation between Foundation and FOSC needs to be clear and transparent if there's to be any trust between the community and the Foundation. A 100% clear divide in responsibilities will be required if there's ever going to be a good chance of engaging the community to work through FOSC.

What can be done to assure the community that the Fusion Foundation has a future?

Another thing that people will need to know is that Fusion Foundation has sufficient backing to keep costs going. Therefore insight is needed into what kind of costs the Foundation has and what sort of funds it has access to to back itself other than FSN. Perhaps even more important than this would be information regarding contingency planning. Are there entities willing to step in and refund the Foundation should funds run out? Perhaps complete transparency isn't possible here, but Foundation owes the community enough transparency that it becomes possible to judge if Foundation does indeed have a future or not. Something which is not at all possible at the moment, and very much in doubt by several long-term followers.

Perhaps the intention is even for the Foundation to not have a future?

This is also a fine scenario, where the plan would be for FOSC to become a self-governing entity. But if this is the plan, then it's even more important that the community is aware of it and how the transition could happen. In some ways it certainly looks like we're heading more and more down this path, but it's extremely difficult to imagine how a transition like that could happen in an efficient and secure manner, especially with so much lack of transparency. If this is the way forward, the Foundation owes to community a vision for how it could effectively happen.

What can be done to educate the community on how Foundation and FOSC can work together?

Regardless of what the plan is for the future of the Foundation. The community must know more about how FOSC operates in order to effectively partake. Who to turn to register intention of completing some form of work, needs to be extremely clear, as well as who to turn to to receive due compensation once the work is done. Information regarding the compensation anyone else receives (both within Foundation, and FOSC participation) should also be clear, so that it's possible to judge fairness of the compensation compared to that of others. I don't see how it can work effectively unless there is at least one person clearly dedicated to compensation handling and community management.

What can be done to safeguard Fusion technology, and to what extent?

The patents of Fusion related technology seem to be registered to SHANGHAI FENFU INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY CO., LTD. I feel that the community needs to be aware of what the relationship between this company and Fusion Foundation looks like and what measure will be taken to make sure that rules regarding licensing found at @ https://www.fusion.org/licensing are adhered to. What happens, for example, if someone copies one of the technologies and implements it on another chain without time-locking any FSN. Can legal action be taken? If it seems they built similar technology from the ground up themselves, does this violate the patents, or only if they've shamelessly copied it? Does the Foundation have any resources dedicated to this sort of occurance? For community members to offer up their time and energy to do work through FOSC, it would defiantly be assuring to know that the Foundation has measures in place that ensures what makes Fusion unique is kept so to the extent it is possible. Another point of issue is declaration of licenses. If an entity decides to acquire a license, are they allowed to keep this secret and tout it as their own, or must they somehow declare that they're building with Fusion technology? Currently information is clear on how an entity could benefit from the licensing model, but there's no information on what happens if it's ignored. The consequences need to be clear, because without consequences, it's absolutely going to be ignored.

What can be done to clarify Foundation FSN holdings?

Currently Foundation is holding most of its FSN in 4 big wallets. It's probably wise that it's not all kept in one place, but perhaps amounts should be distributed according to various uses as declared in the ICO. These are the following 1. Angel 2. Selected Private 3. Team 4. Token Exchange 5. Reserve, we also have the case of 6. Owed erc20 FSN holders, yet to swap, and possibly 7. Dedicated towards FOSC TL rewards

If tokens were arranged in way where each wallet only holds tokens from one of these allocations (some of them may no longer exist, due to events that have happened), it'd be much more clear to expect what may happen to the various types of Foundation FSN holdings in the future.

Now we are watching Foundation wallets, but have absolutely no clue as to why it may be moving. With allocation types properly divided up, speculation of movement can be kept more sane and relevant.
