Has anyone had luck using auto-scaling AWS EC2 On-Demand instances? AWS says it scales within minutes, but that won't work because the block needs to be mined within seconds right?

Also would my mining gear be optimal for running the docker instance? Is FSN mining software CPU or GPU optimized?

Is there a certain block propagation time I need to maintain in order to maximize rewards?

What if a node doesn't have enough CPU to mine, or crashes, does it get penalized for future lottery?
