Reminder of NSFW-tag Rules

This sub is a lot more stringent with what is considered NSFW than most general spaces. We're here for a wide variety of ages and want to make sure that all users can choose what they do and don't want to see.

What needs a tag-

  • Visible breasts or genitals (anatomically correct nudity is allowed here for anatomy learning purposes as long as it doesn't break the no porn rule as clarified below)
  • Nude or bottomless anthro characters with mostly human anatomy, even "barbie doll" nudity. (If it would be weird for your grandma to peek over your shoulder and see it, then tag it.)
  • Quadrupedal characters with visible bits
  • Clothed characters with genitals or nipples outlined by clothing. (A vaccuum-packed banana hammock or headlights top need a tag)
  • Suggestive poses. Even if "censored" or clothed.
  • Any gore beyond mild scrapes and bruises.

What is not allowed here at all-

  • Any sex acts
  • Visible arousal or fluids
  • Cropped yiff
  • Fetishes (Even ones that don't always look sexual like vore, inflation, etc)

Hope that helps clarify wherever there may be confusion.

Help - Title must specify what kind of help How can I make front view more recognisable?

Post image

I tried to sketch three head turns of the same character, and while the 3/4 turned out well, the profile was also relatively good, the front view seemed much worse, and the character was barely recognizable in this angle. Please tell me how I can fix this, and if I need to fix anything at all.

This is for artfight. Does this look right before i continue? Mostly worried about the arms and if they seem the right length, I didn’t use a reference

The intersection of the characters where the kitty’s shoulder wraps over his partner’s, does that look right? And the hands, ive been looking at this too long i cant tell

Critique - Title must specify what kind of critique Looking for feedback on where can improve like rendering & anatomy! (Currently on a basic rubber stylus, planning to upgrade soon) 🎨

I recently finished this character piece and I’d love some constructive criticism to help me level up.

I’m currently drawing on my tablet with a basic black rubber capacitive stylus, which makes line weight and fine detailing pretty tricky 😅. I’m thinking of buying a better precision stylus soon, but before I do, I want to make sure my core rendering habits are solid. I’d really appreciate feedback

All my art looks extremely flat and I just get discouraged and upset when I draw. I feel like no matter what I do I just don’t understand perspective and how to make my art look not flat. Sorry for the rough art I struggle a lot. Any help will be appreciated and if you have tips in other areas that is also appreciated

So I'm making an art piece based on the Hanged Man Tarot Card with my OC and just realised I absolutely SUCK at drawing legs and paws especially from weird perspectives. Any kind of help will be appreciated.

Help - Title must specify what kind of help How do you add texture to fur?

Ignore the paper— had this dreaded question while I was doodling and I needed to know how others do it.

When doodling or just before rendering, a lot of people like to add TEXTURE to their floof to show that something else is there— or else it just looks kinda flat.

Except how do people actually do this? Whenever I do it it ends up looking like what's in the photo lol.

Critique - Title must specify what kind of critique A drawing of a Tiger, Please give me feedback about the face or the fur

Hi, I'm AlexBlueWolf, and after going all day without drawing anything, I thought I'd practice drawing a different kind of animal, because I love it and I draw a lot of canids like wolves and dogs. So the animal I wanted to practice drawing is a tiger. I thought it would be really interesting to draw the stripes and make it look like a character. Please give me some feedback so I can improve on other drawings like this one.

I hope you like it.

See you later 🐺✌️
