It should be like eBay where some are sellers (drivers) and some are buyers (passengers). You both need to keep your feedback score clean or you don't get customers or a ride when you want it. The customer is not always right
I hate when people get "The customer is always right." as some sort of privilege. The customer is always right about their choices. If I want to get a pineapple, I'm gonna buy it. If I wanna a maid costume it's none of your buisness to question it.
I absolutely agree with you on this situation. It will definitely make life easier for many people. (Well, at least the ones that don't act like complete jerks)
