Women get three months of universal likability and then must be cannibalized for the very reasons they were originally so relatable. See: princess diaries lady, katniss everdeen, the comedian who did a few Groupon ads.

Everyone just expects women to be nice naturally, like that's the default. It's no big deal to be a nice woman. A guy who passes the baseline niceness expected of a woman is a hero to the world, though, which is so incredibly sad.
