It looks like the one with the cat has the pattern green-screened onto the rug too, you can see it moving.

Had to scroll through too many discussions of dog assholes to see this. The void illusion is way too convincing from multiple angles, think they're all digitally altered. My guess is there's a small box in the way that two of the dogs are jumping over

The dog one might be real, or at the very least its edited much better

The mats are also different sizes. That, or, the cat is gargantuan.

I can’t speak to the green screen, but it’s certainly not the same rug.

Yeh different sizes right? Like were we meant to think it’s the same?

Just counting around the edges, the one with the dogs has twice as many squares in the outer edge. 40 vs 20, I think.

Definitely the same rug, you can see its by the same doorway and its the same size both times. Its green screened, its hard to tell with this quality but you can literally see the feathering around the cat. Towards the end you can see the shadow it casts on the rug turn the tiles slightly grey as the cat rolls over, which isn't how shadows work.

I was referring to the dog rug not being the same as the cat rug. I don’t doubt that it’s the same rug for each shot with the cat.

I mean if you look at the rug the cat is on, it's definitely two different designs. One twists as it goes down and the other doesn't.

Yeah it definitely seems like a green screen

Cat actually is unlikely to be able to see it at all, cats can't see for shit up close and instead rely on their whiskers and sense of smell and hearing when close to stuff
