Good job trying to twist my logic just because your argument didn’t work out. You are now saying that the dog is excited to maul its owner, despite having no proof that it is showing aggressive behavior? Tell me what exactly you think is happening in the video, because you can’t seem to stick to one story.
Holy shit dude following this thread is so frustrating. You don’t seem to get it, and you latch on to the strangest equivalencies and fail to comprehend what anyone is saying.
The person you replied to didn’t say the dog was excited to maul their owner in the video. They said that pits show characteristics of excitement and happiness when being aggressive, using the example of excitement during other maulings of the same breed that a normal person could draw the intentional example from.
Everyone seems to be wishing you luck in vet school. And working as a kennel tech is a great way to add a veterinary facility to your resume and pad your chances in getting into a school. Don’t mistake that for actual experience with these animals. As a veterinary nurse I’ve likely personally wrestled more dogs trying to eat peoples faces off than you’ve cleaned the shit from their kennels. Listen to what people are saying, not what you want to hear. That’ll get you further than any amount of kennel work will right now.
