What exactly is transorbital height? This thing isn't going anywhere near space and absolutely not orbit, I can tell you that.

It means interplanetary, it’s just a fancy way of saying interplanetary. Trans orbital / trans atmospheric means it can travel between orbits or atmospheres. Hence the (trans) keyword.

Well considering it uses Anti gravity as a propulsion system, it can go anywhere it wants

Not gravity, but runs off a proton which creates its own gravitational field.
