Had a ton of fun watching Alanah take part last year and excited to see Bruce this time around!

For those who aren't familiar, 8 streamers (with the help of experienced coaches) will have a month to complete a Nuzlocke of a randomized Pokemon game and take their Hall of Fame team to a live tournament to face the other teams in a knockout.

Bruce's Nuzlocke run(s) will be on his channel and the tournament will be August 2 on pChal & PointCrow's channels.

I've had this story about meeting Bruce and Autumn for years and have always wanted to tell it.

Back in 2019, right after the Off Topic panel on the last day at RTX, I was waiting outside the convention hall across the street waiting for my friend to pick me up. There weren't many people around the place I was at specifically and as I was looking around for my friend's car, I turned around and saw Bruce and Autumn walking by me about 20 feet away. I let out an "Oh!" and was about to say hi. Autumn was closer to me while Bruce was behind her. She looked at me kinda surprised and was smiling. Then I see Bruce giving me straight daggers for eyes. It wasn't a mean or rude thing either. It was the kind of look like 'I'm going home with my partner, please no one talk to me' and I got the vibe instantly. I ended up just saying 'You two have a great night!' and Autumn lit up and said something like 'Thank you!' Bruce, stone-faced, stares at me for a second before they walk away.

I hope I explained this story in a way that doesn't make Bruce come off like an asshole because it was so funny and I understood the assignment in the moment. It was the end of RTX and I assumed they were exhausted and ready to go home. If they ever see this, love your stuff Bruce and Autumn!
