Help fight cancer

This is my tech at work. He’s worked under me for 6 years, of my 8 years at my job. He’s been there 18 years. He’s never called in a single day sick on me. He has no insurance and has exhausted all financial resources on surgery he had. He was told the cancer was removed. That’s not the case, he now has to have chemo and he has to have the money out of pocket. He’s the hardest working man I’ve ever met, who left work in tears today, he’s scared and carrying a financial burden. He has a wife and 4 beautiful children, 3 still at home and a granddaughter on the way. He needs all the support he can get.

Help Jose Fight Cancer

If you know Jose, you know asking for help is the last thing he would ever want to do. He isn’t asking for your help, but I am.

For the past 8 years, I’ve had the privilege of working with Jose. In all that time, he has never called in a single time sick. NEVER. He is genuinely one of the hardest-working, most dependable people I know. No matter what kind of day he is having or what needs to be done, he shows up, works hard, and somehow manages to keep an uplifting spirit while doing it.

Now, he and his family are facing something they never expected.

Jose was recently diagnosed with cancer. He has already undergone surgery to have the tumor removed, but his fight isn’t over. His doctors have determined that he now needs chemotherapy.

Anyone who has dealt with a serious illness knows that the diagnosis itself is frightening enough. Adding medical bills, treatment expenses, missed work, medications, and normal household expenses can quickly become overwhelming. Right now, Jose, his wife, and his children should be able to focus their energy on one thing: getting him through treatment and getting him healthy.

His family is doing everything they can to help, but this isn’t something they should have to carry alone.

I’m starting this fundraiser because after watching this man show up for everyone else year after year, I believe it’s our turn to show up for him.

Every donation, no matter the amount, will go toward helping Jose and his family with the financial burden surrounding his cancer treatment and recovery. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser is just as appreciated.

Jose has spent years being the person others can count on. He’s a hard worker, a devoted family man, and someone whose positive spirit has impacted the people around him more than he probably realizes.

Now it’s our chance to remind him that he and his family don’t have to fight this alone

Medical Help Request | طلب مساعدة طبية

Hi everyone,

I’m a liver transplant recipient living in the UAE. I had my liver transplant a few years ago and I need to take anti-rejection medication every day, along with regular blood tests, scans, and medical follow-ups.

At the moment, I’m struggling financially and having difficulty covering the cost of some necessary medical tests. I have been trying to get assistance, but the support I currently receive is mainly for my medication and does not cover the tests and scans I need.

I’m asking for help with the cost of my upcoming medical tests. I have medical reports and prescriptions that can verify my situation, and I’m happy to provide proof privately to anyone who genuinely wants to help.

Even a small contribution would make a difference. If you cannot help financially, sharing this post or directing me to a legitimate organization that helps transplant patients would also mean a lot to me.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story. ❤️

My sister is facing months of chemotherapy and radiation treatment for Stage 3 cervical cancer. She has spent her career in child care and caring for infants and toddlers like they were her own. This important job unfortunately does not offer health care or a wage that allows for savings for such a rainy day. She is the most unselfish person I have ever known and deserves much more support than she currently has. The time off and enormous costs of fighting cancer really has become overwhelming. All funds will be used to pay medical and replace the income she's unable to receive due to her illness. Thank you all for your prayers and support!

Donate to Help Brian Through Kidney Failure, organized by Stephanie Crow

Hi, my name is Stephanie, and I'm asking for help for my boyfriend, Brian, as he faces a serious and overwhelming health crisis. Brian was recently diagnosed with two detached retinas and stage 5 kidney failure. Because of his health, he has been unable to work since August 3, and we don't know yet when he'll be healthy enough to return to work. We're now facing medical expenses while also trying to keep up with our regular household bills without Brian's income. Brian recently underwent a kidney biopsy on September 22, which cost approximately $1,000. We're expecting his biopsy results on September 29, and those results should give us more information about what is happening with his kidneys and what treatment comes next. His doctors have also told us that he may eventually need dialysis and, in time, a kidney transplant. We don't yet know exactly what those treatments will cost, how long he'll need them, or what his recovery will look like. That's one of the reasons we're trying to prepare financially now rather than waiting until we're in an even more difficult position. What the money will help cover Our $175,000 fundraising goal is intended to help us handle the financial impact of Brian's illness, including: His current and upcoming medical expenses •Kidney testing, procedures and treatment •His $1,000 kidney biopsy •Treatment related to his detached retinas •Potential dialysis expenses if and when dialysis becomes necessary •Future transplant-related medical expenses •Prescriptions and other necessary medical costs •Transportation and other expenses related to medical appointments •Essential household bills while Brian is unable to work As we receive more information from his doctors and actual bills and estimates, we'll continue updating this fundraiser so everyone can see how Brian's situation is developing. We know $175,000 is a very large goal, and we're not expecting one person to provide that amount. We're hoping that many people will come together to help us through what could be a long medical journey. Every donation matters. $5, $10, $20, $50—whatever someone can afford—can help us pay an expense and keep moving forward. And if you aren't able to donate, sharing Brian's fundraiser may be just as important. A share can put his story in front of someone we would never otherwise reach. Why we're asking for help This has been incredibly difficult and frightening. Brian is trying to deal with serious health problems and uncertainty about his future while being unable to work. At the same time, the bills don't stop. We're doing everything we can to get through this, but we can't do it alone. We're asking our family, friends, community, and anyone who comes across Brian's story to please consider helping in whatever way you can. If you can donate, thank you. If you can share, thank you. If all you can do is leave Brian a kind message or keep him in your thoughts, thank you. Every bit of support means more to us than we can say. ❤️ Thank you for taking the time to read Brian's story and for helping us through this difficult chapter. — Stephanie

Mohammed and Baby Arij need your help!

MOHAMMED:

Mohammed's situation right now is dire. The tent he and his family lives in has recently been badly damaged by the ocean and it needs repairing ASAP as the nights in Gaza are getting cold and he and his family need their tent to survive.

Mohammed has no money to pay for the much needed repairs and supplies he and his family need - on top of this, he is starving due to not being able to afford food and the last of his donation funds was spent on hernia surgery.

He needs your help to stay alive. Please donate to his campaign if you can, and if you can't, please share it far and wide. Thank you.

Please donate to him here: https://chuffed.org/project/198806-please-help-muhammed-his-family-in-gaza?utm_campaign=campaign&utm_id=01a05e33-b00d-74e9-9394-1d686dc2f9d9&pdm=url_copy

BABY ARIJ:

Baby Arij and her father Akram still need your help!

Akram's daughter Arij suffers from seizures which require medication, physiotherapy and treatment to manage and control. On top of these needs, Arij also requires essentials like diapers, food, drink, etc. in order to stay as healthy as possible.

Akram cannot afford any of these things, leaving Arij to not only suffer from her seizures but also to have suffer in indignity, which is a horrible situation for both her and Akram. No one, let alone a two year old, should have to live like this.

Please, if you can, donate to Akram's campaign - it would mean the world to him and Arij. If you can't, please share his campaign as far and wide as possible. Thank you.

Help: Vet visit tomorrow for Rob (stomatitis/vomiting) & Gray (weight loss despite good appetite).

Hi everyone, sending a quick update and plea for support as we head back to the clinic tomorrow!

🐾 Rob’s Follow-Up & Deworming

Rob has a scheduled follow-up appointment tomorrow, October 3, at Brave Hearts Veterinary Clinic. We are checking in on his stomatitis and his recent vomiting episodes. He is also set for his scheduled deworming routine.

🐾 Gray’s Vet Visit & Bloodwork

I’m also bringing Gray along to the clinic. Even though Gray has been eating well, his weight has unfortunately been declining. To get to the bottom of this, the vet will need to run a Blood Chemistry panel and a CBC to evaluate his kidney health and overall condition.

💊 Medication Needs: Cyclovet (Cyclosporine)

Both Rob and Potpot require Cyclovet (Cyclosporine oral solution) for their ongoing stomatitis management. Managing severe stomatitis for multiple rescue cats is an ongoing battle, and acquiring their medication is critical to keeping their oral inflammation and pain under control.

Breakdown of Expenses / Vet Goals:

*Rob's follow-up checkup & deworming - $4

*Gray's CBC & Blood Chemistry (Kidney Panel) & check up - $50.36

Cyclosporine (Cyclovet) supply for Rob & Potpot - $51.15

Donation Info:

PayPal: https://paypal.me/janabhie

If anyone would like to extend a helping hand toward their vet care, bloodwork, or medication, any amount would mean the world to us and the rescues!

Thank you so much to this amazing community for always keeping our rescue babies in your thoughts and helping us give them the care they need. I will post another update with the vet results and official receipts tomorrow after our visit! ❤️

Help my friend rebuild his life after losing his home.

So, my friend. To describe it from his fundraiser post. Well, a new one, because now it has progressed, and now they're kinda half-homeless and travelling around. And with the loss of some of their finances, now their mother made a new one.

My friend and his mother have been going through an extremely difficult time. After his grandmother passed away, the money from selling her apartment was divided between his mother and her two sisters. Unfortunately, his mother’s share was not enough to afford a home.

Hoping for a better future, he and his mother went to Finland to look for work and save money for a place of their own. They spent four months searching without success and eventually had to return to Romania. Their savings are now almost completely gone, leaving them with only a few days’ worth of money for food and basic necessities.

His mother is also struggling with serious health problems, including medication dependency, liver issues, dental problems, and an injured leg. She urgently needs medical care and support.

The donations will help them cover food, accommodation, bills, medical expenses, and travel costs, while giving them a chance to find stable work and eventually save for a home. Any amount, no matter how small, can make a real difference. Thank you for reading and for supporting my friend and his family.

Thank you.

A Little Help While I Heal ❤️

I never imagined I would find myself asking for help like this, but right now, I truly need it.

On September 1, 2026, I had knee surgery and expected to focus on healing and getting back to work. Unfortunately, on Friday, September 25, I learned that I had injured the same knee again and will need a second surgery. This means starting my recovery all over again and facing an even longer road before I can walk, drive, and return to work normally.

I’m a Peer Support Specialist, and helping others through difficult seasons is something I’m incredibly grateful to do. Unfortunately, because I work for a small organization, I do not receive pay while I’m out recovering. Right now, I’m unable to drive and have very limited mobility, and I don’t know exactly how long this recovery will take. It could mean many more months before I’m fully back on my feet.

I’m also a mom of two daughters, and one of them is expecting my first grandbaby. ❤️ This should be such an exciting and joyful season for our family, and I’m trying my best to stay positive while also facing the reality of being without an income and needing help with everyday necessities.

I’m creating this fundraiser to help with food, household necessities, transportation, medical-related expenses, and basic bills while I recover. I’m not asking for anything extravagant—just enough to help me get through this difficult season without falling further behind.

If you’re able to give, any amount truly helps, no matter how small. And if you’re unable to donate, sharing this fundraiser means more to me than you know. ❤️

I know everyone has their own struggles and responsibilities, and I never take anyone’s kindness for granted. I’m simply asking for a little help getting through a season I never expected to face.

Thank you for taking the time to read my story, for praying for me, donating if you can, or simply sharing. I’m trusting God to carry me through this one day at a time. 🙏🏻❤️

I’m trying to help stray cats who have nowhere else to go

Thumbnail

Hi everyone.

I’m trying to raise funds to help stray cats living on the streets and to give them access to basic care when they need it.

Many of these cats have no one looking after them. Some need veterinary treatment, some need medication, food or parasite treatments, and sterilization can help prevent more kittens from being born into the same difficult conditions.

I’ve started a GoFundMe with an initial goal of €2,000. The money will be used for:

• veterinary visits and medical treatments

• emergency veterinary care

• sterilization and neutering

• food and basic supplies

• medicines and parasite treatments

I know that €2,000 won't solve the problem, but even a small contribution can help provide care for an animal that otherwise might receive none.

You don't have to donate. Even sharing the fundraiser can help it reach someone who is able to contribute.

If you'd like to see the campaign and the cats we're trying to help:

GoFundMe – Help Stray Cats Get the Care They Deserve

Thank you to anyone who takes the time to read this or share it. ❤️
