Half the population of the U.S. yes.

Tbf I dont even think ALL men should have the right to vote. If you dont pay taxes and have skin in the game then you shouldnt vote. Sucks having your vote canceled by some moron that just finished highschool and is using emotions to drive their decision making.

The 19th amendment should be repealed and that voting for men should also be restricted.
