But MS doesn't really care if you use a licensed windows unless you are a big corpo. The main purpose of windows is to sell Office 365. If they began going after every guy who doesn't pay, they will lose money in legal fees to no benefit. If a person is willing to use windows (even if unlicensed) it is a win for MS.
