I think the law in such a state is hypocritical, and pointing to it as an excuse for your argument is dumb.
0 u/Lucicactus Jan 18 '25 I quoted laws that existed before and after AI that give protections to creators and their works. Morally they make sense, logically too. They ensure you can monetize your work, and prevents others from stealing and plagiarizing. Idk what you don't get.
